Buk is my hero. I play sagat/morrigan/hibiki myself and it's tough playing against upper tiered characters, but when it comes down to it, he's an excellent player and even though he has never took the title, he's still one of the best players around.

it's a well-known fact that Capcom characters have more advantage in this game than SNK characters, hence the top tiers being Bison, Blanka, Sagat, Cammy, etc.
