      Good content as usual this made it very easy to pick the trim. We knew we wanted the mid point in the lineup. However one very important question Jeff. Is the platinum trim comes with a bench seat in mid row?? I hate captain chair set up. 🥹

      Mpg of those cars won’t let me get them, fuel prices are high and I would not want to be on the merci of the government. 35 mpg like the highlander would be nice but 20 mpg is just to low. The highlander doesn’t has a useable 3 row unfortunately so that’s out of question as well. The same amount of people fit in a Mini Cooper like in the highlander. Only if the grand highlander would come through, I would think about it to buy it. With a spacious 3 rd row and 35 mpg.

      It had better for that price. You could buy 6 , used low mileage 1st gen sequoia Ltds for the price of this base sr5, and they have leather, seat 8 ppl, full time 4wd Center lock diff, removeable 3rd row, 4.7l v8, and roll down rear glass. Think about that for a moment….

      @user-tb5ns7hc5i Před 2 lety +4

      @@AA-vr8ez you must be a millennial. Lol. My point is that’s it super expensive. Sure it has tech and is luxurious, but it better be for this ludicrous price. An older used Sequoia is a fraction of the price, and in many ways, a more capable and still quite comfortable vehicle with a lot of still very reliable features. It’s a Toyota! Imagine what you could buy or invest in with the savings. Or some really nice vacations. Lol.

    All the comments of the prices. When GM redesigned the Tahoe and Yukon, the Highest trim Tahoe High Country, and Yukon Denali, were about $82,000 with all the bells and whistles, subtracting the $1000 air ride suspension. Add that, they were $83,000+. The Capstone still is cheaper than those, and has ventilated rear seats, along with more power and torque. Only the white color of the leather seats, and power running boards, I don't like. But I would get the Capstone because of everything else it has. Heck an Escalade fully loaded still doesn't have ventilated rear seats.

      Yes that’s correct per the build sheet. No pro option. I’m seeing sometime in fall.

    Is the SR5 available with the TRD Off Road Package or is the TRD Off Road only available on Platinum and up?

    Hi Jeff, Does TRD Pro have a large panoramic moonroof?
    I saw it with a small moonroof on the intro video.

    I love the Capstone but it lost me with the white interior trim and kids 😢. I want to go test drive one soon.

    I didn't hear it mentioned but I may have missed it. Which trims come standard with the keyless entry button on the door handles? Which trims have it as an add on option?

    Are you able to get a bench in the 2nd row for the capstone model?

    Do we know why there are front mud flaps on the lux trims and not the TRD and SR5? can you choose to not have them on the platinum and Capstone? My struggle is when you live in the north with a lot of snow, you end up "ploughing snow" with the front mud flap, as it just doesn't give a lot of road clearance.

    Nice work Toyota Jeff. Tell your contacts there to make a second row removable jump seat in the upper trims like they do in the Sienna. We want an 8 passenger Pro!

    I want trd pro but I want the bench seats for 8 passengers not the captain chairs. I wonder if there is a way to select as option...

    In earlier videos i thought you said they would be released early summer. Do we know when they would be released? A dealership in Apex was saying they have a waiting list for these. Do you still sell cars? Hows your dealership handling interested buyers?

      Plan on fall as a Toyota rep had told us. As far as availability, it will be hard to come by with so much pent up demand for the new generation and very limited inventory getting to dealers.
