- Bac My An Market (Chợ Bắc Mỹ An)- A really old market full of some of the cheapest and most delicious foods in Da Nang.
Thap Cam Plate- Loaded with all kinds of Vietnamese little snacks, this is the perfect plate if you want to try lots of Vietnamese dishes without spending...well...more than a dollar.
Banh Canh- A really warm and hearty bowl of Banh Canh. Next time I would make sure to get the Chinese fried dough stick with it. I loved the noodles that cam with this as well as they just really hit the spot.
Bun xao- What a fun little stall. Reminding me of com binh dan the way you get to choose so many things to go on top of your fried noodles! Pick and choose for a combination of flavor on flavor!
Kem bo- The whole reason you come to this market is to eat the kem bo. I realized that as when I was eating this and it seemed like the whole market needed some kem bo as well! Dont be afraid to squeeze in here and get you a glass or two!

you know what, foreigners only know about Viet Nam through Pho, Banh My but it's just the tip of the iceberg for sure. The more you're deep into the local cuisine, the more interesting and appealing you will get. And our Max is totally different from the others, he's now a rel Vietnamese food expert.

Sometimes I wonder why but I remember how delicious banh mi and pho are so many hard to try new things. but it is really when you dig deep into VN cuisine do you find the true treasures! Banh canh in thick soup is made from tapioca and rice flour. The broth is slowly cooked from pork bones, hence it is rich. It is garnished with coriander, chillies, lemon and Chinese donut (Chau quay).
Delicious food, sunshine, no lockdown, this seems like paradise!

I cook for my family every day and it’s limited my menu but when I watch Max video and it give me more ideas for my next meals. Max is a street food expert now I’m sure.
In Vietnam you get to eat a variety of healthy food for $1. In America, you get McDonald's and maybe $1 tacos from the cart.

I recommend American people. If you all having unemployment payments or retirement money. You should travel and live in Vietnam. Places have beaches , fresh air , and regularly living fees. Ex : NhaTrang, Da Nang, Vung Tau ..ect. your money could live easy , happy, and enough living cost in there.
