People going to hate coz it's not a real GT3, and they're the same people that can't even afford a 100k mile 15 year old Boxster.
This is a cool build, and shows what a nice stance and aero kit can do for a 991.
I personally love the looks of that whale-tail spoiler on the 991 @5:27 but different strokes for different folks :)
man I love when you show the pictures of the mods being done to the car, not many car reviewers does that. I think thats a really good feature, keep up the good work man!

Hey Stu, saw you for the first time last week on Kinda Funny. As soon as I heard you a VW/Audi guy I gave you my sub. I've had a GTI for the last 9 years. I had a mk4 12v vr6 for about 6 years and for the last few years I've been driving a 2011 2.0t. Your Corrado looks and sounds sick, always loved those things.

Man nice build can't even tell if it regular carrera first I thought that it was regular gt3 and they did manual swap but still nice Porsche Man I don't know why but just love Porsches They sound so nice and just fun to drive

Anyone who has the dough for a Carrera and doesn't get the S is missing out big time, about 70 hp missing out.
+ravenstylea2 I agree! The S is worth it. You feel the lack of torque from the bigger motor. Although I WOULD NOT mind having this on my driveway!!
Sorry, but the sound is quite away from the original GT3, maybe better then a regular 991 but still, GT3 sounds much nicer...

Idk man. This is cool, but this and that F430 they "converted" into a Scuderia, its cool but it almost seems silly. Especially on the "Scuderia" when they kept the 16m badge. Makes the driver look like a poser.

I personally wouldn't spend 130k on a track car (at this point in my life anyway), so this thing makes a lot of sense to me. I would rather have this car, a BMW E36 track car with LS swap, and several other fun less expensive cars for the price of one GT3. But, I am fan of lots of cars over just 1 expensive one. To each his own I guess. I have 991 GTS and Panamera Turbo 2017 so I'm a Porsche guy. Don't understand the imitation GT3. Plus the S doesn't have the wide body and it looks funny with that big fin in the back
peeps are posing because THEY CANT afford the real thing. Nuthin wrong with a tribute build. It's still gonna cost close to $100K for a knock-off GT3, still a Porsche, and a person saves about $40-$50K. It's all good, a Porsche is a Porsche
it's an imitation because folks don't have $190K for a new GT3 or want to wait 18 months new delivery order
If you can't afford it then get a cheaper model. And no Porsche is not just a Porsche ....you obviously don't know cars like this GT3 poser

A real GT3 is LITERALLY over twice the price of this car.
Chris S even a 996 gt3 is going to fetch $80k so not sure the data is there to support your statement
991.1 GT3 goes for 140k dollars where I live with around 1000 miles on the clock. I doubt that the difference is that huge...70k for that body kit and the car? No way.
where do you live? Any 2014-2016 used GT3 sell for $150K++
