This is absolutely beautiful, as always.
Missed a C2S by two days. Ended up with a 4S that was local. Had to have a widebody. Great daily car and did so for about a yr. You can floor it and not be in triple digit speeds in an instant. Sounds great, smells vintage, AC works, and a blast to drive. Wish I could have afforded a turbo, but wasn't in the cards. The 4wd makes it feel glued to the road. Thr 4s is a turbo withoit a turbo. Comes with the Big Reds. Much prefer 2wd, but lucky and fortunate to have what I have. Amazing car and could smell it from here. The door click/closing sound is my ring tone. Smile everytime it rings.
Stunning....really it is. One thing, the 993 mirrors are iconic. Removing them is a mistake, especially for fairly bland ones.
Absolutely one of the best Porsche 911's ever, hands down!

Porsche fans may not agree but I couldn't care less. When I've got the $$$ I'll be restomodding with a PDK if possible.

You’re spot on with the sound of this car Luke. The nice “ off beat “ sound that you refer to it as coming from the cams is music to the ears. Not a fan of the green and orange interior colors but those seats with that plaid pattern are sweet looking. I’m a fan of stuff that looks unique. This car fits that to a T. Excellent video Luke. Wow !! This Sportec 993 has one of the best six cylinder sound I've heard. It sounded glorious revving then pulling away. The rest of the build is exotic , especially the interior.....Car's like this is why I prefer Modern Classic performance car's to their modern day equivalent ( much character )... I'm guessing this car is a keeper for it's owner.......Nice review !

Great video Luke. My first turbo was a 993 back in the dim and distant past. Controversial again but i much prefer my 992. The 993 was lethal, rattled and required complete concentration. Wish to god I'd kept it though, would have made a lot of money.

Finally a car I actually like in your videos again.
993 is my favorite generation 911.
When they were small and nimble.
The modern ones are to big, fat and lazy looking.
Or to flashy and vulgar with the big wings on them.
And this modified one looks really good.
Not a spec I would gone for myself.
But it´s nice.
