I find using Maestro to be very simple. I choose the label I’m working with, upload the image, and print either one label, three labels or the whole page. I love your method too.
This is a great tip! I am just so used to doing it through photoshop, but I was recently having issues with the small round 1.5" labels, and it occurred to me to try the maestro and sure enough...problem solved! Thanks for sharing :)
A tip also is you can have them printed at Staples for less than a dollar a sheet in full color. You save the designed label sheet and when you get to Staples you email them the label design. You bring your labels and they print them on it. They’ll use your labels as long as it’s a laser label.
Great solution! I will try that one of these days :)
I love using canva! And you are almost to 1,000 subs!!!! Awesome!! 🎉 ~jc
Yes Canva makes life so much easier! And yes thank you!! I'm almost there. Thanks so much for your support, it means a lot! I am truly in awe of all the things you do!!! I am blessed to connect with you here.
Very helpful, thank you! And love your lipstick color, gorgeous!!!
I am glad you enjoyed the video :) And thank you for the sweet compliment. I don't usually do bold colors, but this might be my new go to! lol
Thank you for this! It’s the most informative video on labels I’ve found on CZcams. I’ve been looking for a new printer for absolutely ages and now you’ve helped me to decide! I’m pretty impressed with how the gloss labels look. I’ve been outsourcing my gloss labels and making the matte ones myself, but with the right printer I’ll be able to save quite a lot of money! Great video - thank you so much 💕
Oh that’s awesome i love that! Happy to help and thank you for watching!
Oh I am in love with the weatherproof glossy from online labels! They take the ink from the epson eco tank so well, no fading or smearing. You're gonna love it :)
Super helpful. Thank you soo much.
You’re very welcome Martha 💕
Super helpful 😊. Thank you Dulce, you’re a gem 💝.
Yay! You’re the sweetest. I’m so glad it helped 💗
Ok, one more thing....I LOVE your videos 😊
AWWW!!! Thank you so much. You are so sweet...xoxoxo!!!
Gracias por compartir! 🙌🏼💜🫶🏼
Mi placer! Gracias por apoyarme 😘💕
Great PRO lesson. I too use the Epson eco-tank! I don’t have Photoshop or illustrator. I have both apple PC & Microsoft PC. Any suggestions on built in platforms rather than photoshop or illustrator to move the Maestro label template?
Based on some of the comments from others on here, you can try to create your labels in the maestro software and download the pdf directly from there to print. It should print pretty close to perfect! Other than that, I don't really have any other suggestions. I hope that works for you!
The background music was a little too busy but loveee the video!!
Thank you! I'll keep the background music on check next time, lol :)
Thanks for sharing! I love looking at your store. It is so nice! How many products do you have?
I have so many, i have my soap line, a skincare line, hair care, body care and bath treats, home fragrance…etc. plus I carry a few products from other makers like candles and diffusers. 💕
@@sweethopenaturals I am so impressed you can do all this on your own. Wishing you tremendous sales!
@@mythriftedhomeandgarden830 you’re the sweetest, thank you. That means a lot 💕
Hey, do you have a link for the little bottle that you used for your mask I can't find them online (the one we can see at 21:58 on the video )please😊
I don't have a link, but you can look for them at Uline :)
great lesson! I have a question, what type of ink is in your printer? and what brand please
Hi! The printer is linked in the description. It is an Epson Eco Tank and the ink I have used to refill is the ESPON brand #522. It takes black, yellow, cyan and magenta ink bottles. So far, I have only refilled the black tank 2 times in a space of almost 2 years! I do print all my product labels with this so that's incredibly efficient and cost effective. I have yet to refill the color tanks, since up until recently, most of my labels were just black ink. Hope this helps!
Can you recommend another 32" Aluminum Tripod Extension arm with Retractable Extender Horizontal Center Column arm Tripod Side arm Extender 360° rotatable Swivel Base for Overhead Photography of Cameras/Mobile Phones.
Your link at your store on Amazon states not currently available.
Hi! I just checked the link and it looks good. Says delivery by tomorrow! Maybe it’s not available in your location?
Hiii!🙋♀️ Thanks for this video! I have a question for you....Have/do you have issues with your printing not lining up with your precut labels? If so, how did you solve this? I have two different printers from two different companies and they both do it. Ive used OL Labels, Avery, and Uline. None line up 100%. Ideas? Thanks so much! Love your videos!❤
Great question! Yes, i have had this happen as well and this is where photoshop comes in handy because i can move my design layer more precisely left or right, up or down and usually with a little tweaking, after a couple of tries, i get them where they need to be hope that makes sense!
I had this issue too and it was my printer settings. Create your label in Maestro (this is important as it’s the only way I’ve been able to make it work), download the pdf and save it. When it’s time to print, go to the printer settings and make sure to select A4 and for it to fit the page or print area - you might need to fiddle with this part. I hope this helps :)
@@nickinono7337 great info! I might start using the Maestro software more often moving forward!
🤩
So my labels are always blurry, anybody knows why and I use canva pro
That is so frustrating! Have you checked your printer settings? Make sure you are on the highest quality setting. Another thing that pops into my head, make sure you are downloading your jpegs from canva at the highest quality as well. Where are you printing your labels from: maestro? photoshop?
@@sweethopenaturals the printer we have is a desk jet by hp so we decided to go to FedEx or office depot cause I figured they have quality printer and its still blurry I don't think I ever tried jpeg lol but I always move the highest quality tab up am I not supposed to? We are getting a similar printer like the one in the video
I noticed this too, idk much about this stuff but i have an iphone so i had to switch the settings in what format a picture is either taken in, downloaded or transferred to laptop feom HEIC to PNG and then in canva pro when i make an image, like even when my graphic design artist’s stuff i add to a label image, i have to save or download as a png, i forget which one gives you yhis option-and it asks what quality do you want to download it in and i go up to at least 3000x 3000
Its crazy that it took all that to even ise something from a pro made in adobe photo shop. Maybe it will help?
yes, sounds like you are making them highest quality directly on canva! So not sure what the issue could be. Try downloading a high quality jpeg from canva and see if that makes a difference????
I think my printer is not aligned because mines are never in the nice spot
I'm so sorry, It is so frustrating when you print and print and just don't get them to align. What software are you printing from?
