R9 actually never reached his prime. He had serious knee injury in early 20s due to which he wasn't same again. He was only able to play upto 60-70℅ of his capability. Even then he is known as one of the best striker in the world. Cr7 and Messi wouldn't have even come close to what R9 would have been had he reached his prime. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps.

Do you know what is the funniest thing to me? When we see his movements from the top, seems to be just a player running fast toward the goal. But when we watch closely, we realize that he was flying over the camp, dribbling and dropping everybody! Nice reaction brow!

2:30 no that is exactly how you are supposed to defend. If your back is not facing the ball and the player dribbles past you, you will not have enough time to turn around and catch up. Football basics 101 if you play in real life

(I'm older, dating myself, lol, so I'm still using Michael Jordan, none of this Kobe Bryant and more recent stars, lol)
Michael Jordan rarely caused defenders to fall on their a$$, whereas Ronaldo made the best of the best defenders (during this time period, were some of the best defenders, unlike other big stars who came later, whom had much worse/weaker defenders to go against, lol) fall on their a$$ all the time
Also, while not as flashy as Ronaldhino (R10), Ronaldo's dribble control is absolutely insane, and he was like an unstoppable point guard, (almost, lol) everytime/anytime Ronaldo got the ball, no matter where he was, he would score, he could dribble down the entire field, dribbling past every single defender with ease, and he was extremely fast too, he had insane speed while keeping such control with the ball. Ronaldo always had at least half (5 or 6) of the entire team (10 = 11 - the goalie) guarding him at all times, and he still couldn't ever be stopped, that's just fkn insane.
(it's harder to compare, as basketball only has 5 players on the court, whereas soccer has 10 players + the goalie on the field, but having 5 or 6 players guarding you in soccer/futbol, would be like if you had 4 of the 5 players in basketball guarding you, lol. I know the good players usually have 3 players guarding them, and that's only 1 away from 4, but that's a big difference, when there's only 5 players, I would say it'd be like having 5 players guarding you, but that would be the entire team, lol, so it's got to be 4 players, lol)
it's hard for non-players to understand/appreciate how insanely good he is, as he's not flashy like Ronaldhino, but damn, he's a point guard who goes straight for the basket, and there's not a damn thing that anyone can do about it, except to brutally take him out (hence his career-ending injuries, he did come back and continued to be godly, but those injuries took out a big part of what would have been a much longer legendary career), that's why he's the best striker and dribbler of all time (excluding Pele from way back)

It's funny that you saw him mostly touching the ball with his right leg while he's probably the most two-footed player ever. He scored half his goals with his left foot and often they were bangers. He also dribbled with his left foot if he had to so he was very unpredictable. Usually defenders analyse the attacker before the game so they know what side to cover (if an attacker likes to cut inside with his left foot for example) but Ronaldo could go anywhere he wanted.
