always the almost is a cute trans mlm romance book! it kind of gave me heartstopper vibes! just super youthful and adorable. also absolutely love the charm offensive!! it's not as talked about as others but it's still fairly popular. ugh it's just so wholesome and romantic and depicts mental health so well
For Asexuality I am super excited for Love Letters for Joy though as I am writing this it is not out so I can’t recommend it as I have not yet read it.
One of my favourite books is Trumpet by Jackie Kay, a book about a fictional trans jazz musician, really beautiful writing and I also found it easy to read!
another one that many people haven’t heard of is “more than this”, it’s about a young adult named seth who dies and wakes up in his childhood neighbourhood, it’s dystopian/science fiction with a bit of gay romance in it
I'm going to have to read Honey Girl. The mid-20s feeling of "what do I do now?" after you've accomplished a big goal is something so many of us can relate to!
