- Hey everyone back with Trailmakers! Today we are competing in a submarine evolution challenge where we each have only 2 minutes to try and evolve the best submarine with increasing power levels! Best design of each race wins and moves on in this evolution challenge!

I actually don't think manay have done trains. That would be cool. A (railroad track) and you need to build a train with 1 or more cargo loads drive the track...
you guys should do an evolution of the tutorial car!
everyone starts with the tutorial car and you get two power cores every round for improvements

Kan you should get everyone into doing a multiplayer mech battle
Here's a quick one, dunno how you'd make it a full video, but artillery evolution: distance + accuracy. 1 Tank Cannon and a set of targets marked off every 100 m. Furthest actual target hit out of 3 shots is the next basis, all targets closer than that furthest hit are removed. I suggest this because I've got a design that will destroy itself, but also fire off in the test world and go further than the render distance will draw. So I don't know how far it will officially shoot.
How do go about the power cores, you can have mobile artillery. So you can mount your gun on a car, but then it's good luck firing on the move while not crossing the line and hitting something.
Why is this a challenge? Because there's multiple ways to get a shell to travel farther in the game, but when you have 1 design going, lose and have to either redesign your original method or adapt to the alternative method, that's the spirit of the evolution, but rotation flinging, piston shoving, driving hurls and what not are all valid ways to get that extra dozen meters on a shell. Plus depending on the design, there's little to no driving involved, so Scrapman doesn't have the "I'm good with planes" advantage.

What if, and now bear with me, you did another evolving race, but one round you have to build a car, another round a plane, another round a submarine, boat, and then mayhaps combined? I think that would be pretty awesome

Time for Kan to do some solo challenges based around driving. Honestly though, you can make some great builds with a set function, but you haven't made a build with the sole purpose of just driving in quite some time.
You could have put pols on the bottom that can detach so you can easily get off the ground

Always love the vids u guys do, super inspiring. I don't know if it's been done.
But a high jump challenge, but it's more of who launches the furthest off the verticle ramp. You can use a raw jet, but once you hit the ramp you can't touch ur jet.
Almost like a verticle glider challenge.
There's a reason submarines use yaw and not roll.
Well apart from the fact the crew would then be waking on the walls.
Do a Race with the whorst aerodynamics possible :D
Or a Plane Race with vertical asymetrical aerodynamics (half side wedge blocks, other half full blocks)

Plane shuttle (large plane that holds another plane, and when in the air, u drop it and fly away, it can even be A glider plane.
Just quietly it looks like Kans bottom fins did him in in the first race. Among other things but that’s the big one for me.
Also I’m pretty sure stacking engines is bad for speed because you’re just pushing water into a turbine that’s not getting enough water fast enough.
Part evolution, you can only add one part per round, you start with a bandit and add from there, every 5 rounds is a power core or something

Any race(i.e. 3 races) 3 lap circuit, best 3/5 , 5 mins to change old /evolve vehicle
Perhaps make a car that can transform to a boat for the water, but also has enough of a gliding capability (powered, transforming the underwater propeller into a forward plane like prop)
And at the end car boat car then go back to the glider for a long long glide to the finish, sort of like the massive jumps at the end of a gta 5 race.
