When trying to find the places that lack services, it helps to pick up one of the service buildings and drag it around the map. As you do so, you'll see a number near the bottom of the screen telling you how much deficit or surplus of that service would exist if you placed it at that spot. So it's just a case of trying to find the points with the highest deficit (or lowest surplus).
Funny that they called you out on the slum. "A dingy rathole of a city." lol
I think you have two intellewear trade routes between walbruck basin and veridian coves, and they are going in opposite directions

I think this new game is way too much futuristic and kinda boring, may be because I watched all the episodes in 3 days time with your play in fast motion of building things. I prefer to stick with Anno 1404 and 2070 right now which is close to believable fantasy. Great videos BTW. :)
