I think they should have kate come back by saying like the fbi knew ari was going to try something like shooting her to hurt gibbs' team so they put another fbi agent in her place and changed her dna records so it looked like kate was dead and then to just keep her safe and make sure that mossad wasn't going to try to kill her to make up for ari's death they put her into hiding 4 4 years and she couldn't contact anyone on the team then her and tony could get together but ziva would be at ncis 2
yeah...maybe ziva is cuter...but kate and tony has more chemistry together....kate has this strong personality and spice than ziva....but i don't have anything against ziva's character of course...is just that televiewers are struck by tony and kate's partnership.....
