Tried the horse out on pulling a cart!

Rod Ridge Farm horse, Joe, was said to be trained to pull a cart. That was several years ago. We hooked him up this weekend down at the Amish neighbors, and he did great. Cruz said it was fine and I was very impressed. Joe usually acts a fool when he goes to be rode, so I expected the worst and was very surprised. This is something I have always wanted to try. Of course, I would need a cart and harness and a horse and prehaps someplace to put it all...but it looks like so much fun! 😂

I didn't do it but now that I know the horse can pull I am definitely going to do it!

Is the driver a little heavy handed on the turns?

I'm not sure. I'm assuming he knows what he was doing. May be due to the horse? It was his first time actually pulling a cart. Hopefully, more practice will be better!
