Today we’re gonna take a look at these tws-i9 earbuds, they’re essentially knockoffs of the AirPods, and I was given this pair by my friends at Knockies and lucky for you guys they sent me three extras to give away. Now you might remember a previous video I made about the TWS-i7s which is an older generation of these earbuds and I wasn’t so excited about them, but I’m pleased to report that these new i9s are a huge improvement. So first, we’ll begin with an unboxing and review, second, we’ll compare them to the i7s and the official AirPods, and lastly I’ll give you guys my final thoughts so you can decide whether or not these earphones are right for you.

Apple Explained hey i just bought that i9 airpods and i have a problem that i cant solve, these ones have a right left sound system right? Ok the problem is that the left sounds sound on my right airpod and the right sound on my left airpod. (I tried to reset the bluetooth configuration few times, i tried differents devices iphone and android abd nothing worked, any suggestion?)

To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. czcams.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

I love these knockoffs! It's something that I can afford that keeps my life wireless. Currently I'm using the i7, but sadly it is now having battery issues. If I got one of these, this would make my day!

Hello, I ordered the i9s tws and I’m waiting for them with impatiente, the only problem is that I too find the led’s a little embarrassing, and I wonder if it was possible to disassemble the earpiece, even partially just to get access to the little Led that could later be unplugged by a small simple connection, thank you for your answers

Can you use one bud by itself while charging the other in the case? That is my favourite function on the original Airpods coz it allows me to use them all day by just alternating them.
I doubt these compare to Airpods but if they have that function I would like to purchase them for my nephew who is an Android user.

I got these but for some reason one pod doesn’t work and it looks a little different in terms of size and pairing button size, it’s almost smaller

Hey! I have an issue with mine, please could you help? once I put them in the charging box the red light comes on a long with the blue light but after around 2 minutes both lights turn off, does that mean they are still charging?
I got mine today and they were awesome.The cases lid was magnetic and so were the earbuds .they were bluetooth 5.0 aswell

It’s about 3 dollars on Aliexpress. Just bought it in a local shop in Hungary (Its in Europe) and it cost me about 7,5 dollars. It’s definitely not 40 dollars. May be with a huge markup.

Waleed Ahmed Yes there is! I just got a pair. While better than previous generations, on my iPhone sound lags about a half a second behind video. Annoying.

Hey i got a pair today but when I use them only the left works the right one I can hear it say pairing but when I play music for e.g only one works if I turn the left off then the right works turn the left one on works and the right doesn’t

When the blue circle thing starts blinking what does that mean. It started blinking then went out.
EShooter the case can have charge and if your airpods dont have any charge u can put them in the case and press the circle button and it starts to charge the airpods when the blue light stops it means ur air pods are fully charhe or the case doesnt have enough charge

Do these really last for 2-3 hours? I have two pair of i7s and one pair lasts for about 1.15 and other pair, i7s mini, last only 1 hour. Ive ordered a pair of i9s tws because im hoping they will last longer

Yes
Sort of, with i9S-TWS 5.0 I can only hear about 40% the detail compared to my Sony 7506, there is constant background static (might be too quiet for most people to notice), and of course no bass since they're earbuds. They're better than most earbuds I have heard, but if you really want sound quality, get some professional audio gear.
If you are just looking for something to take calls while in the car, these are perfectly fine.

You said in your video that they would last 3 hours while listening to music but the pair I bought only last 1 hour 20 minutes before or I I have have to charge them back up do you think they are broken or maybe if I turn the volume down on the the pods maybe b&i will get set 3 hours I have no idea but please share where is there a way to to increase the battery maybe put device into power save or stop some things from running in the background I want to hear your thoughts for those of us who.are aren't getting the full 3 hours anyway great video thanks for sharing,,, also I wonder why they flash blue when you press the little button on the box

The two earplugs aren't paring with each other, it only lets me play music with one earplug at a time. Please respond if you know how to fix this..

I have the i9s, the print was so small I am not sure if I did things correctly. Your vid really explained what to do. However, when wearing outside while jogging, I started getting break up, not all the time. This didn't happen when I started using back in Sept. Maybe I didn't pair them correctly, I have an phone X. I also just found a bit of ear wax on the left dust screen which I cleared. No problems when connected to my iphone wired air buds.Any one else getting any break up?

Miss Luna Sunflower I figured it out. You need to the hold the button down on both of them at the same time and they’ll connect to each other then it should come up on your Bluetooth as just on ear phone and you’ll get audio from both. And the charging just takes forever. 😒

The one thing I will say about them is after a while the black thing (where the sound come out of) will come off, but they are pretty good alternatives to AirPods and you get a lot of use out of them
