This is it, this is where it began. After this podcast where noel and cody talk about love island, it introduced a new trend in their content where they bring it up constantly. They finally broke me down after the second part of them playing the love island game came out, but I can say I've watched the most recent season of love island (uk and australian version) and I've almost completed the iphone game. I'm probably gonna watch older seasons of love island too, it's a strange guilty pleasure to have as a 20 year old male to binge watch love island but here I am thanks to Cody Ko and Noel Miller
cody to answer your question about bird scooters, they have similar ones in nyc. they’re called citi (like the bank) bikes and they take up metered parking spaces. most of the locals don’t use them but the tourists and visitors do. they’re nice in the less crowded parts of the city but in places that are very crowded and tight, no one seems to use the bikes which makes people who are trying to park mad bc they’re kinda pointless.

In Norfolk VA we don’t have Byrd’s but we have Pace bikes and people seem to like them. They are just bikes but you can park them anywhere and every ride is like a dollar. I think it’s cool because we just got new bike lanes everywhere and it’s a growing city so I think it’s alright. Plus exercise. Love you guys ❤️

about that whole scooter thing, Chicago does a pretty similar thing with bikes, but there are little stations where you have to park them just fucking everywhere around the city. From what I've seen it's worked pretty well and the parking stations don't get in the way too much
here in sydney (idk abt the rest of australia) we have these community bikes called oBikes and OFO's that r similar 2 the bird scooter things u mentioned, and literally every other day you'll c an obike in a place where bikes arent meant 2 b. in trees, in the lakes, disassembled, i remember one time seeing a pile of obikes that were somehow twisted together to make one object? its modern art
