This is my go to move. When I'm tired I can always count on this move working đ
A reliable go to move for sure đ„
I'm ripping that all day đđ
FactsâŠ. When I havenât hooped in months guess what Iâm about to do đŻđ
Ayo facts when you ain't feeling flashy cause you fatigued
Yâall are bunssss lol
This move is so simple yet deadly, I happened to learn this by accident, and it became my go to move since then
Yea same here
In any sport, those go to moves that you learn by accident are the ones that keep bringing me back to the field/court,it truly is like building an arsenal of techniques/moves that you make your own and improve on,and you can always rely on them when youâre in trouble
Same. I 'accidently' learned it when i started learning between the legs move. Delayed tween made me easier to do btl at that time
@@ZaYn.91 it's those simple moves that are the deadliest when mastered đđż keep working my guy đđż
@@gabrieldinglasan you too bro, thanks
I want to thank whoever runs this channel because all of his videos have helped me as a basketball player, thank you
Glad to be helping out - keep balling đ.
Didn't know I got the 1st move in my bag already until i saw this video...it looks simple yet seems to work everytime I love it
Great mix with the music. Graceful!
Thank you Coach Frikki! Your videos are always so helpful! Absolutely underrated channel.
In in out with hesi skip hop slowed into the delayed between the legs is pure offensive striking
Dame is that you?
I've been doing moves I never knew had names. You earned a sub, definitely hitting that bell. A quick behind the back after you pass them sends your average defender flying, no joke. Great video broham.
love how u used friga as an example! that boy making crazy improvement
New subscriber and I already love this channel. Canât wait to practice these moves and maybe master them.
Awesome dribble moves đŻ implement these in your gameâŠdef gonna have a full arsenal of moves
you are really underrated man, I really like the examples you show for each vid you make for the move, I will definitely try these moves out
This explains my go to dribble package in a nutshell! Great Vids man!
Thank you for this one coach! imma try this tomorrow. lezgoo!
i'm now 30 and have learned so much from this channel than in my past 15 years playing basketball. noma sana.
Nice film work... simple concise way to get that move ...a must for a slasher
Excellent coach. We need to add this in our game.
This video and tutorial is a gem, please more
Your analysis is so good
This is such a good move because the law of physics are on your side. only way the defense can beat you on this one is either being much faster than you, or if help commits which can lead to an easy assist
I remember telling myself I can do any counter move if I do a slow tween back in 6th grade crazy shit donât change when it works ahah
Wow, this videos keep getting better and better. Thanks for taking the time I appreciate you.
Thanks my man. Going the extra mile with quality is paying off for sure.
@@CoachFrikki Hell yeah is paying off. this channel has help me a lot. Much respect man.
Like dis move đŻ The Jazz sounds cool too đ€Łâ
Your newest video about the go to move I actually think this is my go to. I played against my friend from school at his house everytime I used it I freezed him and when I had to counter I almost made him fall this is the best channel
3:40 blud look spooked haha the defender is like "wuh wtf is going on OH SH- I GOTTA RUN"
thanks for the video been looking for a breakdown to make this my go to as an undersized gaurd

Footwork is selling point more than anything. Never heard of a quick btl that canât work though. Delay BTL works perfectly now because ainât nobody playing defense anymore. Basketball meta changed. All of these defenders are flat footed. Flat footed = Go!!! Explode on em and take full advantage đŻđȘđŸ Nice video highlights too.
Very good. Especially the part about attacking the back foot
coach you deserve millions of subs. I've learnt more from you than any other famous basketball coach on youtube. Keep up the workđ
Thanks, much appreciated. Comments like this make my day đ
You can also do the opposite Fast-->Slow and bait a defender to foul you as they attempt to catch up from the initial explosion. (Works like a champ on over-aggressive defenders - they can't do nothing but watch you from the bench when they are in foul trouble).
3:39 Peep the heel tap before harden plants his foot, thatâs what shifts his weight and causes the defender to fall back before he crosses and finishes.
And also on 3:49 peep the foot tap twice shifting his weight
Iâve only recently learned about having counters and this move is the only one I have really found success with. Iâm still new to building my offensive arsenal. Thanks for sharing. Keep shining
Love to hear it. Build a package around your go-to moves.
@@CoachFrikki could I ask how one gets a go to move? I've always been a defensive player, and I'm only recently getting to developing my offense since while I have been focusing on my defense (you progress less the more you work on something), all my teammates became way better offensive players than me
Great video!
good videos, i loved, well explained
Thanks coach đđđđđđ
Looks good ill try
Wow i can't believe it. This is literally my go to
Thanks coach, really appriciate this toturial
Glad you liked it. And good luck using this it đ„
your videos are so useful
Extremely effective move I use it everytime I hoop
i would suggest lookin at steve nash hip swivel on this explosion on this type of move. He wouldnt put it thru his legs necessarily to set it up. Loading your hips and body during the slow part of the dribble will allow you to have a faster and stringer first step....great video
Hmmm đ€ I like it lol...a quick one to immediately add in the đ bag đ
Dawg u Donât understand how much u have helped me I am trying to make the nba and become the greatest player of all time the tips u have gave me are very helpful Ty
Thanks for that - good luck on your journey!

Great video man Keep up the great work
Thanks, I will!
NBA Legend Jeff Teague is the master
lets go late night vid
Thank coach frikki!
D. Smith Jrâs is slick af, uses it pretty often.
Simple and effective, change of pace.
best ,thank you so much
I developed this move naturally years ago and I'm glad this is being taught. I came across some great respectable athletic defenders during my time and this move, along with 2 others freed me from shackles everytime đđżđ€Ł
Bro I would lock you up
@@chrishandsome4267 A man with no legs would lock me up right now đ€Łđđ€Ł
damn some of these dudes are amazing at attacking the angles
The first time I tried this move I snatched ankles so thanks lmao
wow mind blowing
that was what I lost after ACL surgery. now I can slow dribble all day without passing anyone.
Great video !
Music ?
My favourite dribble move it always works I swearđ
i use this and if they over play i do a under drag and another is lift right delay tween invert drag and i snatch ankles
I used to do a lengthened version of this in HS...friends used to tell me the speed change was irritating.
Iâm trying to get better at basketball Iâm 19 Iâm kinda trash Iâm trying to get better I hope these moves help me get better thank youđ
adeed to the moves bag
I just tried this move this afternoon , and man i spoiled the hell out of the homies . đ
3:26 "THE BEST DUO EVER"
Question: why attack the back foot for this move?
i might need to put this in my bag. everyone now a days plays fast i cant keep up with kids these days lmao
Iâve never seen so many Jeff Teague highlights
Haha, dude was insanely quick. And had mastered his go-to move.
Professor has a great tutorial on this too how you want to shift your weight between front foot and back foot on this cross. Lamelo is amazing at this too
Cool, got a link to it?
Caught em lackinnnđ
Man I used ti do this move in high school lol didn't realize it was actually "a move" eith a name đ its very effective and unsuspecting
here we go a basketball channel that's teaching people how to play... can you do set up next, all the pieces it took for X player to score
very effective move for me
One of my favorite move because you'll be able to read your defender easily and make a drive or even and 1 aside if the defender is holding you. I also learned this watching James Harden videos.
where do you get your music from?
3:40 James Harden traveling đ€Łđ€Ł
I do it then snatch back I get space for the shot or drive every time
My entire game revolves around hesitation so I think I was doing this without even realizing đ€Ł
I like ur video
background music title?
it's way quicker and faster when you lower your body. it was my go to move after all
BEST HANDLE BALL O.K
Can someone pls tell me the SongđđŒ
This video is subscribe worthy
Thanks, got a lot of other good stuff too đ
In most of situations we see there is no need to throw ball exactly between legs: what would the difference if you do just the same move, but throwing the ball in front of!? If guard don't attack me, he let me do easier move...
Is the counter move to the slow between the legs already planned before hand that you are going to do it or is it more an anticipation to how the defender reacts to the slow between the legs?
Great question. I'd look at it as a spectrum, not binary. At some point you choose that you're gonna counter with a cross. Sometimes it happens early, sometimes late. Sometimes it happens 10 seconds before. And sometimes it happens a split second before and it's a reaction
When I do it I most often plan it before my BTL dribble and that way I can sell my BTL better so he'll react to it. Pretty sure that's how Harden does it. Sets it up so well and shifts the defender.
anyone know the song?
Btw The song is called itâs near by DJ quads
I'm gonna practice dominating on my left because that's where thr defender pushes against usually
Itâs less about the ball (dribble) and more about the footwork. Itâs the step that matters. With great footwork, you can remove the dribble.
Technically yes, but the dribble is still integral to the move being more effective. The dribble hesitation is what throws the defender off. The footwork would only allow you get a step ahead, but not like you would be able to without the dribble
music background?
This has been my go to move and it's super effective from my younger years up to now that I'm a bit slow and older
I practice this everyday then it work.
