That's a cool and simple explanation for better understanding prior to Sheet metal design, great initiative @Mechanical Design Adda
Thank you for your motivational words
Very useful information about design guidelines for sheet metal.😊
Thank you 😊
Wow. Coolest explaination for beginners in Sheetmetal.
Very Good step, towards teaching the industrial guidelines.
Waiting for your next Video. 🌸🌼💐
Thank you for your comment 😊
Thank you for the explanation and the effort to share knowledge
Very knowledgeable.. Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a very simple way
Thank you for your comment 😊
잘 보고 갑니다~♡
great info!

Thank you for making this wonderful lecture, Sir
You are welcome.....stay connected 😊
Very nice explained
maza aa gaya dekh kar....very knowledgeable and rich content
Thank you Shobhit for motivating ....it means a lot
good
Nice Presentation sir,
Good For Easy understanding.
Thank you ❤️
thank you brother for sharing, nice presentation
Stay connected....
superb
Very good sir
Thank you very much nobody is teached before i am mechanical engineer
Thank you 😊💞
thank you..
Thanku
Good video
Nice ver goog
Thanks really lot to learn
Welcome... vinod keep watching
Great video!
Thank you 😊
Really amazing
But bro can you tell me which refrence you have taken...
Really helped..!
Thank you Shubham
please upload more videos
Great explanation, please recheck the k-factor drawing with the material thickness symbol t & T is reversed
In K factor, the formula should be corrected as per the picture shown
Nice👍
Thank you Amit..... Stay connected
Too much nice
Thanks for comment Mayur....
Keep watching.....
Pls upload plastic features parameters and Plastic part design guidelines also..Thanks☺️
Yes Amit I am working on plastic Design guidelines and it's related topics....hit the bell icon
You will notify once uploaded..
Thank you☺️
@@MechanicalDesignAdda got plastic design guidelines?
👍

Sir ,
Tv wall mount stand me jo steel use hota hai vo konsa hota hai
Means , mild steel Medium/High carbon steel ya for ss 203/304 konsa hota hai
Or kya heat karke forming kiya jata hai
Maine bhi check Kiya tv stand alloy steel ka hota hai aisa mujhe mila aur heat forming ke Barre me mujhe actually nahi patta , agar mujhe kuch information milati he to me jarur share karunga
Thank you 💓
What is the difference between bend height and flange length?
Bend height or you can call it as a flange length or height
Both are same
Can you send this ppt or pdf
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the knowledge.
Can you please provide the standards details which you have used here.

@@MechanicalDesignAdda Thank you for sharing. Can you also provide standard reference like ISO or EN standards from where you have taken all the details, shown into this presentation.
I have collected all info from different different sources please go through web search it will give you all the information in detail
Thank you for your comment 🙂
@@MechanicalDesignAdda Okey..👍
It's great video sir. 👏👌👍 I have one question sir , right now I'm doing CAD software. So which software is best for sheetmetal domain. So I can learn all about it. Because i want to do career in sheetmetal domain. Please help me about this .
Hi Avinash, Thank you for your comment 😊
Regarding CAD software for sheet metal Catia, Creo, UGNX and solidwork all software are good. But if you want to do a complex model Catia is best for complex modeling followed by UGNX and Creo.
@@MechanicalDesignAdda There is a mistake in k-factor where t &T notation should be reversed
Hello sir, i like your presentation, can you share this file .

Thankyou...nice post...is the guidelines are made by means of experience or any standard available?...if standard available pl. mention...
This are general guidelines, standard varies from company to company
I need to learn in online about Sheetmetal die design...can u pl. help where the course is available?
Hii...Can we design a 23S4P prismatic battery pack ushing sheet metal.
We can design a battery pack with sheet metal but proper insulation and safety factor like earthing, thermal management and cooling channel we need to consider and design a battery pack
well! Do you have any video based on that@@MechanicalDesignAdda
No I don't have
@@MechanicalDesignAdda Ooh.. If possible please make a video on that.
And please share your linkdin I'd
Hlo sir mai CNC sheet metal bending machine operator ka job karta hu mere liye kon sa CAD sahi rahe gaa plz sir
Hello Asim,
Sheet metal tool sabhi CAD me accha he
Creo, solid work, ugnx , Catia.
Solid work me easy command he aur creo me bhi, aur ugnx aur catia me bahut jada commands he, complex modelling ke liye.
Lekin sheet metal sab me accha he.
Lekin aap skill ko jada explore karna chahte ho to creo try Karo. Sab cover ho jayega including sheet metal.
@@MechanicalDesignAdda thanks sir
Hlo sir koi v job la blank size kaise nikale

Ok Mayur....I will work on sheet metal development from drawing and upload🙏

T and t difference ?
In K factor formula, which is ratio of thickness of material (t) to the position of neutral axis (T)
It is only representation you can write T as thickness of material and t as position of neutral axis also
@@MechanicalDesignAdda then neutral axis of the sheet will be at center of the sheet and always K factor ratio will be 0.5
Hi Manoj,
If you consider the ideal condition then the k factor is 0.5
But the k factor is depends on many factor like material, bending process, machine etc
So the k factor varies from 0 to 0.5
@@MechanicalDesignAdda Now I got it and thank you sir for your replies. 🙏
Voice is not clear bro...
adha gyan jyada khatarnaak hota hai
Everyone is searching to fulfill knowledge Bank....
Be specific where I went wrong.... standard varies from company to company.
Whatever you know that is correct but doesn't mean others are wrong.
