What does 120/70 ZR 17 means on Tire geometry | Tire designation explained Section Width = tire width in millimeters - 120 mm. Aspect Ratio = Ratio between the tire's width and height. height of the tire is 70% of its width it means 84mm. Rim Diameter = in this case 17 inches. Z = Speed Rating (149mph) R = Radial construction Example 130/90-16 67H MT90-16B

You are welcome....... plastic design series coming soon....... stay connected
Bro I has one doubt in ribs you said height is 2.5 * wall thickness but in picture it mention centre distance between two ribs is 2.5*t
Sorry for this, may because of slip toung General guideline is to keep at least 1.5 time of thickness, more than that is always good. I am coming with more design video on plastic sheet metal and casting So you will get the updated general design guidelines video soon having more detail cover.
Thank you for your support
Thanks, now i got the exact concept 3-2-1 principle method
Thanks a lot.

What fos of CNG cylinder
factor of safety for gas cylinder is not mentioned actually But Cylinder is PESO certified and tested under various worst case conditions like crash, impact and runover test
What about silver streak
Silver streak is same like discoloration defect where on surface visible mark or colour different from part required colour. This defect impact on appearance of part
In whole video how many times you say O.K. 😅😅😅😅
In upcoming video, you will see less ok, I will work on video editing 😜
Thanks for the video but Why would someone use Part modelling for sheetmetal part design?
For forming part or complicated part geometry of sheet metal parts we use part modeling instead of sheet metal module
In first video foil thickness mentioned as less than .15mm and sheetmetal thickness between .15mm to 6.35mm, These values varying in this video Which values are correct?
Actually this values are taken from different source But in actual, it's depends on the application where we use foil and the requirement Generally considered to be less than 0.2 mm in thickness. Foil is often used for packaging, insulation, and various household items. So you can consider this as general value and but it will be more as per application.
If you don't provide 2d drawing for reference at the beginning then we can't learn this, you would have shown screenshot so we could refer it and watch your video guessing the next command.
I will you keep screenshot in upcoming modeling video Thank you for your feedback ☺️
So good
Selection bearing example
Please remove background music from the video
If you could cure your accent it would be much better. I cant put up with that more than 5 min😢
Nice video
Thank you for your comment.......stay connected
Error in comparison. Point no 3. Continuous lubrication supply needed for sliding contact bearing not for rolling contrast bearing
Maximum salary design engineer can expect
For design engineer to team lead you can expect upto 15L -20LPA Then you need to upgrade your self to manager level to increase your salary further
@MechanicalDesignAdda can we earn upto 30 &40 lpa as a design engineer.
No my dear, 30 to 40 LPA normally we don't get that much salary But in CAD customisation like creo customisation, CATIA customisation level you will expect upto 35 to 40 LPA for 7-8 year experience person.
hi from your video, you mentioned that K factor is always between 0.3-0.5, but when I used your K factor formula which is (T+R)/T, the K factor will be 2 (if my material thickness is 1.5 and bend inside radius is 1.5). Could you explain thanks
Bro this video was awesome just one feedback i want to give is instead of that background music you could have explained the steps while modeling it and how did you analysed the component to be ready for injection moulding or any other process.
Noted .......in future video, sure I will consider your point
Very useful information about design guidelines for sheet metal.😊
Thank you 😊

Hi, I would like to consult regarding a drawing operation you. Can you please share your number here?
Is there a textbook regarding your video?
There is no particular book I referred, generally I referred different sources to prepare content

Can we make this design in solidworks environment? I couldn't find any video about this. do you have any knowledge? Only plastic injection mold designs are available on existing platforms. Thanks.
I don't know solidwork interface but you can step step approach and create in solidwork
Hii...Can we design a 23S4P prismatic battery pack ushing sheet metal.
We can design a battery pack with sheet metal but proper insulation and safety factor like earthing, thermal management and cooling channel we need to consider and design a battery pack
well! Do you have any video based on that@@MechanicalDesignAdda
No I don't have
@@MechanicalDesignAdda Ooh.. If possible please make a video on that.
And please share your linkdin I'd
can you help me with how to use merge tool in sketch interface i want to convert different different lines into one entity
good
The voice is absurdly obnoxious.
Where is trellis frame???
How to control draw scratches
8:21 old standart.
do yo know, at the neutal axis arc length the length remains same as actual
Neutral axis is imaginary axis where there no compression and tension effects so there is no expansion or contraction
Sir I need a die u shape for electric moter cover within bearing draw pleez help
Please contact on mechanicaldesignadda@gmail.com We will discuss the requirements
Question. 1. Why are we viewing from the right side only? 2. Why numbering the quadrants are in anti clock wise directions? 3. If we are viewing the 1st angle from right side why we can't view 4th angle from left side? And vice versa? 4. Here you explained about 2 planes (horizontal and vertical) where you impose the view. On which principal we are rotating the object for other views? If object is not rotated where are other planes? (A total of 6 planes have to be there).
In the angle of projection most things are standardized Two planes are the imaginary transparent plane We have two options 1 and 3rd angle of projection to get the 2D view We need to follow standard because if we have number of option then we will get number result Drawings are universally accepted so we need to take standard option we have so that everyone can understand and avoid confusion To summarise all, to avoid confusion and maintain drawing standard we need to follow recommended standard practice of 1st and 3rd angle of projection👍 Let me know your point of view ☺️
@@MechanicalDesignAdda I know we are following standards based on some principles but my question is why? Clearing that will make the viewer more knowledgeable.
As I said, more options create confusions as drawing are referring all over the world So the reason we are following standard practice in angle of projection is to confusion. If we have no. Of option in angle of projection then everyone follow different different method and it will create confusion As drawing goes in different departments and different steck holders
Currently 3rd angle is used everywhere since 1st angle cads create confusions. Also not using 2nd and 4th angle is due to +ve and -ve values in same quadrants which is not possible for a product. Please remember how you use to make a graph when studying in school.
First and third angles are both are in used, it depends on the organisation, client and supplier which practice they are following so that everyone can understand drawing
