Thanks for your videos and time. What would be the path and resources to learning and getting certified in Palo Alto? I have no networking experience. I work in desktop which probably don't matter.

You can download a study guide, which has been written to help with the PCNSA certification if you wanted to do it. You can Google PCNSA study guide and should be able to find it on the net.
