Mine had done exactly what yours did as I had put in some paper that had already been printed on one side. I think the paper was too old and stuck together.

Hi, I have followed all the steps you described to remove the paper jam, but still, I am not able to see where the paper is jammed. I was using a small 5x8 size paper loaded from tray 1. Can you please help me where else to look for? Thank you

Hi. I followed your guide, but when I turned my printer up to look for the jam in the underside (there was no jam in the back), there was nothing there- no paper jam. Hey I bought a new cf404A tray to this printer for more capacity…. The printer recognizes this but if I want to print from it it shows the same error… tray 1 and 2 function flawlessly though just the new tray not.. I checked everywhere but nothing…. Also tried a new tray but the same again… Any ideas?

The first time, I did it, and it worked, but now it said it again, and I tried the same method, but it doesn't work. Help? I can hear it, and it does sound like it is jam, but I don't see it anywhere.
Same model, error 13.09.14. No paper, cleaned the pickup roller because i found something online that mentioend it could be the problem, opened up everything i could without the aid of a screwdriver and nothing's working, reset multiple times and unplugged from the wall to force a system reset. Anyone know what i should try next?
So after clearing the paper jam. My printer still says that it is jammed. And it won't let me print anything. Any idea on how to clear that code
