When the Supreme Court rescinded Row is a federal right the responsibility then went back to the individual states to deal with the question of abortion and aborted procedure is each state legislature sees fit. So according to Trump the issue of abortion should be left open to each State to decide for themselves. No backstop at federal level to ensure individual states don't implement extreme legislation. If he thinks he can kick to touch, he is mistaken. The American people have a right to know where a possible future president stands on the issue ahead of the November election.
