    I am not in the UK, but really does UKIP lose half of the two seats they now have (Tory crossovers) and Farage also gets dumped in his personal fight for a seat? I have not heard anyone predict this worst case senecio for the party that seems to be holding a very steady 15-18% and good strength in certain places.

      Bobby Paluga It's the way the voting systme works in the UK which is incredibly stupid. It's First Past the post which means UKIP could loose out on it's seat. I would like to point out though that in other pools they have predicted that UKIP would get four seats. Truth is no one knows what this hung parliment is going to look like with so many parties fighting for seats the UK is in very grey territory in how the world of politics will look. In some ways I feel we should embrace this multiparty system as it brings great democracy to citizens but I will admit that it has it's flaws if it did

    The way for Labour to win is to stop putting candidates in liberal marginals.Labour need liberals to do well, they bite into the conservative vote

    how ironic that in this election we could be looking at a Hung Parliament when no-one has even mentioned, or dare I say prepared, for it.

    Lib dem actually only got 8 seats, down 18 from here, Labour actually got 232, down 37 from here. If we add up those seats to conservatives, conservatives would have 338, which is closer to the real result. Overestimated lib dem and labour.

    • @lukeallison3713
      @lukeallison3713 Před 10 dny

      Important to remember their was a modest 1% swing from the tories to Labour(lab up 1.5, tories up 0.5%) and a 2.5% to Labour in England (tories up 1.4, lab 3.6). Clearly a lot of right leaning lib dem voters tactically went tory, with the knowledge that the left of the party had deserted them for labour.

    Most predictions I've seen put ukip on at 6 seats comfortably, with a low of 3 seats and an outside chance of double figures. Where is the BBC pulling 1 seat from from?
