That's a very nice clock, Tommy! I see you started aquiring mostly Smiths clocks recently :) I didn't know they made electrical Westminster chiming clocks. I've only seen american clocks of this type. As a coincidence, my most recent clock aquisition is an Electro-Vedette from the 1940s. The electrical part is not working, because I don't know for certain which voltage it's supposed to run on. Take care! :)
It’s hip to be square I say but I never seen this design before I know it might be old but sorta new to me. I don’t know if that can sync up to the alarm panel and such

Hi Danny, that musical cuckoo clock was featured a while ago, and plays a tune that's supposed to be "La Paloma", but isn't. Well, you know how music box makers mangle up tunes so they can fit them onto a barrel! Unfortunately the Genalex chiming clock has a lot of nicks and scratches on the front due to the bezel being screwed shut and someone having tried to force it open at some time in the past. If I can tidy it up adequately I'll hopefully keep it. If not it'll be going back on ebay!

French self-winding movements generally run on 110 volts... so you may need a voltage converter.

these motors must be impractical or am i wrong. very cool tho better than modern electric chimimg clocks with speakers
