Whats so weird is all the traffic driving by like nothing happened to this area. Oh so a flood from hurricane did it makes sense no one lives there. It does look creepy, probably great spot for homeless people to set-up shop.
I live in the area and it is definitely not that eerie lol. It is just some old buildings that nobody lives in. There is the new bern grand marina, downtown and occupied apartments all near hear.

i use to live there when i was a little girl it never look like that
they just close it down about 3years ago
