    Excellent video just so good, anyways just to ask you can I use ankle weights while dribbling drills?

    • @ProlificSoccer
      @ProlificSoccer  Před 18 dny +1

      You can! It’s what Ronaldo did to practice his scissors/step overs BUT I would say do not overuse them because it can lead to overuse of the muscles and could leave you injury prone. Once or twice a week no problem if your body feels good enough 👍

    Dynamic Warm Up 10 mins
    -No Cone Dribbling & Juggling 10 mins
    -Wall Passing 20 mins
    -Dribbling Drills 20 mins
    -Position Specific Drills 25 mins
    -Static Stretch 5 mins
    Hey, can you suggest me more as a winger tips

    • @ProlificSoccer
      @ProlificSoccer  Před 18 dny

      As a winger, you should be working on 1 v 1s a lot! You need to practice crossing and shooting from a wide area. These are all position specific exercises that you can work into your sessions 👍 seems simple but not a lot of people do these in their extra sessions.

    hello, I'm 8 years old and I really like your channel. Can you tell me what the most important training courses are for me so that I can become very good? the most important points that I need to train to become very good because there are so many videos on youtube but I get confused, maybe you have a whole training with the most important points thank you very much

    • @ProlificSoccer
      @ProlificSoccer  Před 13 dny

      This video is a good starting point! I will have a part 2 to this video next week. The best things to focus on at your young age are:
      -Juggling with all surface areas of your feet
      -Dribbling which could be no cone dribbling drills, straight line dribbling drills, zig zags or figure 8s
      -wall passing 1 and 2 touch variations
      -and shooting

      @@ProlificSoccerok thank you for your reaction i wil work on that

  • @footylibrary
    @footylibrary Před 19 dny +2

    Hi man I wanna ask how many drills each area you wanna train ? So for example juggling is like 15 mins and dribbling is 15 mins long how much drills can you fit in for each ?

    • @ProlificSoccer
      @ProlificSoccer  Před 19 dny

      If you have 15 mins for dribbling I would focus on 1 drill that has many variations. For example, the 1 v 1 skill to a shot on goal. You can work on 3-5 different skill moves and you can work on different angles for your shots if you move the cones around the box. For juggling, I would work on using all surface areas of my feet (laces, insides, outsides) and high juggling for control 👍

    • @footylibrary
      @footylibrary Před 19 dny +1

      @@ProlificSoccer ohh so like focusing on 1 variation for eac sessiob ?.
      Like for one dribbling session you just tight space ball mastery then the other day just some 1v1 skills

    • @ProlificSoccer
      @ProlificSoccer  Před 19 dny +1

      @@footylibrary exactly 👍 best to spend more time on one thing if you only have 15-20 minutes.

      @@ProlificSoccer btw with the structure template for training,
      The part with " no cone dribbling/ juggling 10 mins" does that mean you do 10 mins on juggling and 10 mins on dribbling b? Or they're as one.
      Also the dribbling drills that's 20 minutes is different from the no cone dribbling drill am I right.
      But btw I can fit in 2 more variations into the training session if that's ok ? Like I do ball mastery first then add in line dribbling with it.
