Mount Rainier Climb May 2024

Mount Rainier is such an enchanting mountain. We tried scaling it at the beginning of the climbing season, but we had to turn back because the route was not entirely in place, and the high winds and avalanches did not make things any easier. We did make it to the Ingraham flats twice, but the high winds prevented us from going up the exposed disappointment cleaver, and had to turn back,
Either way, we have loads of experience and will be better prepared the next time we come back to scale just a majestic mountain.
