Routine: Heavy day of weighted pull ups 2-4 reps, 3 sets, Moderate day of weighted pull ups 6-8 reps, 3 sets, endurance day of bodyweight pull ups as many as you can, 3 sets. I’ll try it out 🔥
Are you coming out with an Intermediate/Advanced program for those of us aspiring to get as strong as you? Or will this periodization method just be an add-on to Limitless Athlete and Beyond Bodyweight?
Fun Fact: If you want your muscles to be better at something, that being Endurance, Power, Strength, or Hypertrophy, after your done with an exercise, take a break that last between 3-5 minutes.
That’s what I wonder for almost every calisthenics workout I see on CZcams. Especially for workouts that “train for the front lever” or something. Like, great you can train for the front lever, but what about your actual back workout, I feel like if you fall behind on that, you’ll move farther away from achieving front lever..
@@Iheartlifting what Im doing rn is just focus mainly on my strength training on my training days, then either at the end of that workout I add in a few bit of front lever training, or instead of 3 days of weighted pull up, I'll have 2 days and 1 day to just train front lever. I've seen progress with this, and I think, weighted pull up might contributes directly to front lever.
@@Iheartlifting oh and on legs days, I tend to add in some hyperextensions too, it's not much but it really helps the lower back and glute to strengthen, similarly to the front lever.
