Now install a spoiler and tires that fit unless you like road rash on the paint and mount the front tag in the proper position. Hopefully you didn't actually drill holes in the skirt. I would suggest mud flaps but they probably wouldn't help much with those tires. Lose the side tints and then I'd say she's damn near perfect. Cheers!

I hate to be a buzzkill, but that is not an IROC-Z. It's still a good third gen. The back end gives it away. It has base taillights. Not even the California IROC had base taillights. It didn't have hood louvers either. This guy just souped up a base Camaro here. Unless, he purposely exchanged the taillights, put a louvered hood on, and put the 5.7 TPI emblem on the back, which CA IROC-Z never had.

Although she's a very beautiful car as are all stock bodied 3rd Gen camaros even an 82 berlinetta to me is sexier than a 67 or 69 but this beauty doesn't even have a rear spoiler which could have been either ordered that way as with those plain Jane taillights ,someone redid the car and didn't know the difference when they bought new taillights and just bonbo 'd the holes in the quarters and hatch which would be molestation but I am leaning on she was a plain Jane that someone put a iroc hood,side ground affects and rear bumper on, but people post any 3rd Gen as an iroc just like they try and sell a dime a dozen stock 82-92 "15 alloy rims as irocs everywhere and thinky they are gold

I have an 84 and 91 third gen. As a third GEN guru Ivan tell you with solid conference this is NOT an IROC, period end of story. This is for a few reasons actually.
1. There was never a 5.7L 5spd option from the factory. You could not even special order this package.
2. No mention of the year.
3. Doesn’t sound like a 5.7L tuneport, even with the exhaust. Sounds like the 305cid.
4.They would have had to change the ground effects as they say Z28. Nobody in their right mind would do this.

Man, I love everything about the car except those damn rear tires poking out the sides of it like it's an A-gasser from the 50's... If you get that rear end narrowed and set it down over those rear meats it would easily be one of the cleanest setup Irocs out there. I guess everyone wan't to keep the stock rear seats, but hell does anyone ever actually set in them anyhow? If not get that damn thing mini tubbed!

@@damndoor3570 Here in my town we have an abandoned 82' Z28-E (which I am dying to get). It was meant for export out of the states only. It is so cleaner looking than the American version. No spoiler, no stupid fake vents, factory transparent headlamp covers and inverted taillamps with the orange portion outwards and the red one in the place of the normal orange. It also had a nice sticker reading CAMARO Z28-E and the badge in the lower part of the front fender just said 5 Litre. It also was faster because it has 155hp than the American 145hp due to Europe not giving a shit about the environment back then.
