I loved everything that you bought. I love the sconces. I have resin pieces like that and I hung them on my gallery wall. You can’t even tell they’re not real brass and I love the wooden oval flower piece.a nice vintage frame will do justice to psalm 91. Both places for the white Vintage overhang will look beautiful that you suggested. I love the whole thrift haul. I am so glad you’re not changing out that picture . God bless you. I have the exact same Bible. My mother gave it to my husband and I when we got married. We were married in June of 1980. It means so much to me. Especially now since I lost my husband in 2020 to Covid. I hope you enjoy your Bible as much as I have. God bless!

Oh, Mikaila, I love that print of Psalm 91! That will be so beautiful in a frame. You are killing me with all of your thrift finds. 😂 I am redoing my room and kitchen in the same decor, and I am on hold with going to the thrift store for now. But I can't wait to go back. The sconces are so pretty! I always grab them if i find then at a good deal, even if its a single one! There so many places you can use them.. & so pretty with the battery candles😊 (i like them made of any material!😉) Oh wow!! Psalms 91 is my very favorite chapter in the entire bible!! Several years ago I started on New Years day & read it every morning when i got up, for the entire year.. and still read it often🥹 Its going to be gorgeous framed❤ Great Price! Annnd the yellow rose is my fav rose😁 That's what my husband & kids always get me..i have so many dried ones😄 Cute piece. The white metal piece is a "architectural piece", they usually come off of other pieces of furniture or something like that..always great pieces to have! I love buying both the metal & the wood ones. That's a really pretty one! There's A Architectural salvage yard here where i live, they have tons of things like that, all sorts other things too. The stores are pretty common in Florida & California.. and I'm sure you can find them most anywhere, just look it up, very cool things & you'll love it! Gorgeous art & ornate frame. I love to collect ornate frames❤ The bible is beautiful! I collect old bibles, i have some dated from 1950’s thru 1920's. But my favorite one of all is a smaller chunky leather back bible.. there a note written in it, it was given to a young girl from her brother on Dec. 25th, 1879!! I love it so much! I have all sizes & colors, some in good shape & some falling apart.. and i will definitely continue to collect them! I like to read things written in them too.😊 I collect the old hymnals too! But the family bible at my grandmas & my moms house was the big white one return pictures in it. A lot of thrift stores will give them away! It makes me smile to see how excited you are over it & that you openly profess your Christianity! That's awesome! My husband is A pastor & we do a lot of ministry work. My Son& his wife sing & lead praise & worship in church. My son traveled the world for 3yrs singing with a ministry. His favorite place he ever we was Israel. The pictures & videos were amazing! Can you tell i got A little excited.. lol I'm babbling away😂 I love collecting old books of any kind..i have boxes full! So fun to decorate with! The small gold piece would be pretty over a mirror or piece of art! I have a pretty large collection of silver.. All tarnished with beautiful patina! I don't shine it at all! The patina is what makes it beautiful to me😊 The large art piece of tulips has a gorgeous frame also! I'm pretty sure the long black piece is a plate rack, i had one that just held 3 and sold it in our thrift store we owned back in Tennessee.. i regret it now🫤 You had a really nice haul, beautiful pieces, and great prices! I bet your Bible collection is awesome! That might be a collection I start, I already have a few and I have a small one I keep in my purse, I like to have Gods word for on the go when I need it 🥰. @@dearmikaila If you start collecting them.. Look for one of the silver rectangle pieces that you sit a glass casserole dish in. Its so pretty sitting on a shelf or table with the bibles standing lined up in it! I saw it on someones channel & already had 2 of the silver pieces so..mine sat on my little desk top. We're moving right now so its all in storage. But now I've seen several ladies using this idea with their bibles. You can only get so many in it but its so pretty! Thought if tell you in case you start collecting them & maybe run into on of those pieces when your thrifting & want to try it!😊
I think I seen one at one of my thrift stores the other day! I’ll have to go back and see if it’s there! Thank you the great idea! I would love to have a table or a hutch perhaps to set them all in!
@@dearmikaila I'm praying whatever house we get get in FL has room for a hutch 🙏🏻 I have a 1870's step back cupboard, but I'm hoping to have room for a smaller hutch too. My dream is to own a Hoosier cabinet to go with my step back.. but unless the Lord blesses us we may not be able to find a house with that much room in a kitchen, unless it has a dining room too🤷♀️ I'm just gonna be praying that we are going to be blessed beyond measure 🙏🏻🙌🏻 especially after all we've been thru/going thru!! But I'll be happy with whatever the Lord gives us!
@@tammyleviner3070 I will say a prayer for the perfect home for you! God will move whatever mountains needs to be moved to get you a home, he knows how important home is. I bet it will be so beautifully decorated with all your treasures! I would love to have some pieces from the 1800s! Those are getting harder and harder to find it seems though.
Maybe tea stain/ burn the edges of the Psalm poster to make it look vintage/older (???)☝️😉👌
