この県道は岐阜県の山中を東西に抜けるルートみたいですね。川沿いを通る良いところではありますが、部分的に２車線になっている箇所はあるものの大半が狭隘で、すれ違いが出来ない程狭くなっている箇所も見受けられるので、かなりの険道と言えると思います。
