Just don't hire a jet ski. My son got scammed and was surrounded by a lot of men until they paid 51000 local currency. Honestly spoilt the trip and was a threatening experience.
That's a huge sum they have taken. We had to pay 7000 THB and Tourist Police came.

Don't take jet ski on its own just find jet ski tour where you will ride as a group therefore eliminate those scams
