I quit smoking completely thanks to GLO. Unfortunately, the experiment was carried out incorrectly, because the smoke intake should not be continuous, but intermittent, because the device will not heat the tobacco.
@@DMalek Nope... Tobacco (or something) is heated from the external source. It is not burning, therfore the flow of air is only cooling the device. Continuous air intake in this experiment is causing lower temperatures than usual. This translates to less smoke.
@@DMalek No, i didn't use Glo. I used IQUOS for a while. But this is not a question. This is a heating process. Burning is not involved here. Burning is an exothermal reaction using oxygen. This makes heat which is causing evaporation of volatile components in tobacco leaves. More air - more oxygen - faster burning and bigger heat. Every "Heat-no-burn" type of cigs is using a process similar to gassification. With applied external heat, you release volatile components from tobacco-like product inside the sticks. The main reason of this device is NOT to exceed the temperature of the flash point. Air flow in this stage is only cooling the product, not helping to heat it more.
Was for 7 years, two packs a day. stopped 20 years ago, never smoked again.Still have nightmares on where I smoke again and they feel so depressing....
Im using this instead of smoking normal cigarettes. It's a huge difference. Though one flaw in your test is that you chain smoke with the heating device. What happens then is that the cigarettes you used was heated at a higher temperature than intended. Causing them to heat above the temperature a normal smoker would do since there is a break between each time you smoke(at least for me). The times I have had two or three cigarettes right after each other, I can clearly feel that the machine is very hot and it's unpleasant to smoke because it feels like the tobacco is over heating causing more smoke and is more intense.
That contraption reminds me of a much simpler style of cigarette I smoked decades ago which had a "coal" in the tip so the tobacco was heated vs burned and made for a less harsh drag. I greatly appreciate it that you didn't use a living creature for this test, thank you for listening to your fans who advocate for animal rights and their safety!
I stopped smoking over 20 years ago, there's no way I'd start again, and I wouldn't touch these " e-cigarettes" with a barge pole! I once heard a doctor say that the only thing you should take into your lungs is air. That is becoming increasingly difficult in this world, sadly.
Do animals even have rights? 😂
Roaches arent animals they're pest
