MALFUNCTIONS: PSA Dagger Micro - FTF / FTE Fix?

Attempting a solution to my PSA Dagger Micro malfunctions. I was experiencing FTE and/or FTF once every 200 - 250 rounds. I also have the standard black slide, and it too, did the same thing. My standard black slide has an optic mounted (Holosun 407K), as well.
