Miyagi travels to Japan to confront an enemy from his past. A brilliant collision of culture and combat.

Miyagi to Daniel: show me sand the floor
Miyagi to Kreese: show me punch the car
😂

Lol
@@DarthVoxyn Thank you for the laughter!
Very Good kreese San come back tomorrow.
"people are gonna be talking about that last kick for years"
ya, no kidding.
Miyagi was the MASTER. He didn't even need to hit Kreese but let him use his anger and hate against him.
It's called Akido.. it's a martial art that teaches you to use your opponent's own energy against them
@@badboy-gn8fu like Steven seagal.
@@badboy-gn8fuYeah, if I were ever to learn a martial art - it would be that one.
True now Johnny & Daniel are 🥋 ☮️
It’s sad to see people clowning Daniel and mr. Miyagi online all because of cobra Kai …….. in my eyes they are still the best ❤
For a Vietnam era special forces combat veteran, Kreese sure does seem excessively disturbed at the sight of his own blood. ;-)
PTSD, maybe?
Yes! This scene doesn't really fit with the type of person you would think was doing MACVSOG operations in Cambodia.
The stunt coordinator was supposed to swap out the windows with special glass that would shatter easily; however, they filmed the scenes out of order and the cars had regular glass windows. Martin Kove punched through the windows and really cut up his hands, that’s real blood, not ketchup. However, he just kept going with the scene and the director kept it
I think it was mostly shock that Miyagi managed to dodge... not the blood itself.
And that is completely explained in the series.
Pretty certain Kreese made "no mercy" in his pants after vandalizing parked cars.
2:30 yep
You obviously never seen Cars
You know the actor is good at what they do when you hate them
They hate Bobby too but he’s my favorite
Innocent spectator: What the hell happened to my car windows??
The look Miyagi gives Kreese at 2:26 he's like "Cmon you gonna let old man get best of you?" Lol 😂
Never mess with an Okinawan master who is also a holder of the Medal of Honor.
And actually a very cool and humble gentleman.
'there gonna be talking about the kick for year's' he's right about that
Make that… DECADES 😂😂😂
Kreese has to go to an Emergency Room for his hands. He will have two car owners wanting their windows replaced, and his student's parents wanting to sue him for hitting their kids. He may just want a little bit of mercy at this point.
back in the 80s people were not sue crazy, at least not that I remember
Seems legitimate probably would’ve sent the bill to Terry silver who would somehow think his the victim
@@michaelcollins7925 In the 1970s one kid's parents wanted to sue mine for me punching him in the nose. He was older and bigger than me. Like most threats, that's all it was.
He makes his bed, he deserves it.
@@michaelcollins7925exactly. The sue happy crazy bullshit started in the 90’s.
30 years later, Chozen does the same thing 😂
chozen surpassed mr miyagi and sato chopping logs
@@manuellim6284 I'm not so sure. Mr. Miyagi was able to take Silver AND Kreese at the same time in Part III when those guys were in their prime. Later taunting Silver 'WAH! WAH! WAH!' Chozen is however probably the most effective overall fighter of the Four Horsemen in Cobra Kai (Daniel, Johnny, Mike Barnes, and Chozen).
Yeah cuz Daniel did it to him first 😂
2:43
Kreese is like "I'm sorry, Daddy"😅
Dude looked genuinely terrified!! He’s such a great actor
It would be insanely crazy if cobra Kai creators brought back those 2 kids who asked Daniel for autographs
He was 18 here and the kids are probably 11/12, so I don’t think they’ll be able to add anything to the story
1:06 yep
@@un6250 1:11 neither do I.
@un6250 he was actually 23 or 24 here
@@afranks8566 that’s Ralph. Daniel was 18
Everybody will always and forever be grateful for Mr. Miyagi saving Johnny from that demon.
Underrated acting from Martin Kove here. He looks genuinely terrified of Mr. Miyagi
His sense is a monster I’m glad the students cut ties with him after realizing what a criminal kreese is!
2:54 indeed
*sensei*
That was the whole point of the movie. That’s why I explained to everybody that it’s Kreese who is the actual villain and not Daniel or Johnny.
No kidding, Kreese escaping from jail and he's now a wanted fugitive...
When you realize that Mr.Miyagi was more badass than anyone
Kreese is like all bully’s if you return what they give you they can’t take it
True. Its easy to say no mercy when ur not needing it.
If you return what they give you, you become the bully. Best to just call the police
Missed the class on apostrophes playing no part in plurals AND the one on take-off-the-y-add-ies, huh? Sad that you appear so ignorant to people...
@@actuary33 exactly. I always find the no mercy thing is just an excuse to be ruthless but yet when they are the ones on the ground, then they’re frightened. 🤣
Later on cobra Kai,Daniel: How are your knuckles doing there Kreese?!…Kreese remembers that he hit those windows and looks at his knuckles and then his arms go back down to his sides…..
Detectives Chris Cagney and Mary Beth Lacey wouldn’t like the idea that their friend, Det. Victor Isbeki, was a sensei bully named John Kreese torturing Daniel like that.
BTW, Martin Kove, who portrayed Kreese in the trilogy, was Det. Isbeki on the hit CBS cop drama, “Cagney & Lacey”.
He's arguably more famous for being Kreese though.
2:18 that has to hurt
Hope so
2:30 😂
Mr. Miyagi carefully positioned himself between the only two cars in the parking lot with bulletproof glass. He's a genius.
I've seen guy punch through windows without a scratch on them, so we have to have a little movie leeway here, I think.
Both were on the war, Mr Miyagi on WWII and Kreese on Nam, it’s cool to see what a war makes to a man
I love seeing this and knowing what’s happening in cobra Kai so cool so much amazing character development
2:37 me too
2:30 Lmao he just made the Yeet sound.
Has anyone else here forgetten that this happens in the beginning of Part II and not the end of Part I? I was confused when I saw the clip title, but then I got my head screwed on straight and remembered it right.
It was originally the final scene from part one but it was considered bad pacing. They put it in the opening of part 2.
For a Karate guy strange that he uses a boxing stance 😂
Americanized sport karate
The fear in his eyes makes sense now because Kim Sun-Yung and Maki connection
Now who's paying for my window
3:00 ... That.. will never not be funny.
Love the way Dutch and Jimmy just turn away as if nothing is happening 🙈
We do not train to be merciful here ... but we do have a wonderful sense of humor!
I know that the Einstein meme is all wrong but in this case I think it's very fitting "insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results"
Kreese did have a good sense of style
@@actuary33 And still he didn't learn anything from the first side windshield that he smashed, he just merely assumed that the short okinawan man who avoided his punch the first time wouldn't move out of the way the 2nd time!

Secretly Miyagi is Yoda using Force telepathy to mask his true identity...
2:42 exactly
@@nathancruz9172 😂 💯
Cut out the best part though. These scenes are nothing without Miyagi delivering the morale at the end.
IIRC, this scene was originally shot for the first film but eventually cut then repurposed for KK2.
Also, I don’t recall Miyagi’s act of saving Johnny here being mentioned in Cobrai Kai, but I think it would be cool if it were brought up and Johnny acknowledged to Daniel that Mr. Miyagi did him solid.
Daniel mentioned it in S4, while he was teaching Johnny Miyagi Do karate.
Yep he did and even johhny has metion how mr miyagi was not afraid to thrown down when he needed to@nicholasfarrell5981
Classic scene
Miyagi mastered the
Ultra Instinct
Good acting in this scene
1:35 now, who’s the loser!? 1:47 mind your business! 2:18-2:30 now, you know how it feels like huh, John Kreese? 2:56-3:00 😂
Have never understood why this hasn't been mentioned in Cobra Kai, that Miyagi basically saved Johnny's life.
Take from others everything they have and use it to your advantage. - Musashi
Miyagi used his envelope to allow his opponent to defeat himself
Knowing how he repeated the Cobra Kai creed and Netflix’s first part of season 6 Cobra Kai, i wonder if Miyagi knew or actually fought Master Kim Sun-Yung.
No fue por eso, el lo aprendió cuando kreese dijo el credo aquella vez que Dani y Miyagi fueron a su dojo a retarlo
Good idea
I can see this being the ending of film 1 and it should have been
Where is the "badass" Dutch? Bobby, Jimmy and Tommy make a stand for Johnny, so he can call them *friends*
Daniel, Johnny and Tory severed their hands too
Cobra Kai took the bloody knuckles from this scene and turned in into a symbol for.the negative influence of Cobra Kai's philosophy
@@spyrath1935 maybe Cobra Kai should be train by Sato Toguchi who knows how to enhance hand strikes with sand bucket
That is the QuickSilver strategy 💯
Now he's and old dude.😂
Pat Morita will alwayz b r Mr . Miyagi R.I.P.
Creese cut his hands by breaking the car windows with his fists. They were both bloody
when Johnny meet Blake and hunter thunder ranger you know said when they come back they will teach you lesson
Dutch is already gone
No way is that dutch in the cap other side of car
@@TokyoJoe703 No way that's Chad McQueen
Man, I sure hope that Kreese learns to be humble and not come back with a vendetta to retake Cobra Kai as a means for revenge against another rival dojo like Miyagi Do.
Еще один великий мастер бесконтактного боя 😂
küçük dev adam,pat morita süper
well i think that you may have cut this scene a bit short, but then the scene is still one of the greatest scenes from an amazing film series.
That's his problem
They should have switched the stories for 2 and 3. It would have made more sense.
Why wasn't Daniel's mom (the actress) not in this scene? Maybe to make it more credible why Elizabeth Shue wasn't in part 2?
Interestingly enough, their voices sound a lot different from their adult voices on Cobra Kai.
Fighting styles
I always loved this scene. That moment with Miyagi has him in his hands. Creese knew that Miyagi could kill him with that one move.
2:55 寸止め
Pat Morita's best scene performance of KK1 was cut and put in the lump of coal KK2.
@0:16 come on man what you doing to the brother
Okay, how many scenes from Cobra Kai did we see in this one scene?
So did Daniel teach Kreese what karate is all about 30 years later?
Too bad that Mr. Miyagi wasn't around for the Cobra Kai series.
Those punches were really slow.
Perhaps his muscles made him slow.
Michael kove……could’ve made a decent Han Solo in his day.
Only if we didn't know Harrison Ford
Kreese was a horrible fighter in his younger years.. He found his full potential 40 years later
Who is the bully in this fight? Certainly not Miyagi!!
0:16 he likes the cubs and packers fans. Always whining when they lose

In real life, Pat didn't have any karate talents.
This is the last time we see kreese
Until 3 and cobra kai.
In real life miyagi will eat punch
I just release miyagi hit first
This was Part 1 not 2
It was part 2
It was an illegal kick
The same illegal kick that Johnny Used on two of his opponents in the tournament. 😂
@@Admin-qy4zi not once did I see jonny do that kick
Kreese was the only real man in this movie.
Kreese won in the end because Miyagi died first
GOB BLESS YOUR SOUL
La verdad no ya que los que mueren ya se les da paz, en cambio kreese sigo vivo porque mala yerba nunca muere y sigue pagando por cosas malas estando vivo así que Miyagi gano
Actually so bad this film😂
Daniel sucks it should have been Johnny.
