Thank you i’m glad you like it! 😍 yes swinging elements are my weak points, I started working those swing and doing gymnastics for 2 months so pretty happy with the result but let’s take it to the next level 🙏🏻

Scapula sprain which created infra-spinatus tear and shoulder instability
@@ClementB1 damn and that was when you were doing oapl? Also had you not warmed up
@@jacob-df7sfI know what you want to hear, I was thinking every injury occurs because of a bad warm up but it’s not the case, I warmed up A TON I was all prepared and that was at the semi end of a session so wasn’t fatigue, I didn’t want to push myself too hard or anything, best condition for performances and I told myself, the previous one was really insane let’s do a last one cause I have to go, and that was the real last one 😂
@@jacob-df7sfso you can avoid warming up if you are use to it, if you know your body and if your body has great mobility and stability you’ll probably not get injured, and you can warm up a ton for hours if your body is limited and has poor stability you’ll get injured as I did, that’s why I warm up less long now
At that time I had poor stability on my shoulder (and the key is not strengthening, check my last CZcams video for more info)
