You’ve come along way in many aspects. Respect 👊
Thanks man keep it UP 💪
great video, always learning something new thanks!!
i hope you keep uploading because you re one of the only people i watch and actually benefit from the info i hear...usually its always something i know never new
Great video as always
Thank you Valentin for sharing all this information with us, I find it very very helpful!
reliable info, thanks Valentin
This man explains so many things about training calisthenics guys, listen to him guys do yourself a favour, dont even try to think you know more and better than him it is as stupid as it sounds. The best thing I'm learning from you bro is to listen to how i feel during training, using every single session in the best way possible is achievable guys you just have to accept that "bad form" is your nest friend dont shit on it. And finally if you can get a coach guys, if youre really interested in this sport, it is the best thing you could do, dont trust me, give it a try and see the results. Keep up the good work bro🫡

Helps me a lot
Loved it, can you make the next video on shoulder pain in planche on the humerus?
thank you legend
Merci beaucoup ❤
present again Valentin❤
Actually that is so true , when i tried greasing the groove my level just jumbed due to low intensity training and adapting to the movement. It is all about adapting on ur strength. And when i train lots of hours, i feel very sore. Great video ❤
🔥
Super video !
I like the beard🔥 it's different to see you like this
Thaankss
Bah comme d’hab merci beaucoup
Merci beaucoup²
Merci 🙏
Très bonne vidéo
🚀🚀
Beard looks great bro
Also happened to me, I used to train 6-7x a week and yes I was able to achevie a full planche + clean 90degree push ups but I hurt myself somehow and I wasnt able to do a single push up on the floor … Acupuncture helped me a lot and now I am able to train again like before but now with a brain 😀.
I train 4x a week (1 leg day) rest push-pull (😂 2 hours max) and its better 💪.
Thank you Valentin for this video! Really understand how to incorporate long combos now in training. Two questions - would you dedicate some days to certain movements such as press or push up based on warmups, and dedicate the voluminous combos or shorter combos solely or mostly to them? Also, would banded days be a good alternative to shorter combination days?
I already provide so much for free , you want the answers to all your questions, there's my ebooks.
Things that no one talked about❤☀️
🔥🔥
Really helpful. I've always trained the wrong way and only injured myself all the time. Now I have a question about my training plan, which I do a lot at once. My plan is like this:
e.g. on Monday: muscle ups, weighted pull ups, planche, dips (sometimes handstand instead of planche)
On Tuesday: front lever and back lever
I always end up doing 2-3 hours because I do a lot of exercises. How can I fix this? Can you give me tips on how I should plan this? So that I don't do too much

Interesting video. For me it’s so hard to keep my workouts to 1-2h since I do rest between sets of 2-3m. So in fact my workout is probably only 1h or maybe bit more but with the rest included and everything it still gonna last most of time 2.5h
rest longer

this video is so based

bro you are looking handsome with beard fr
in 2021 I trained for 9 hours a day 💀💀💀4 hours front lever and 5 hours trying straddle planche and tuck planche , i overtrained so much for those 5 months , didnt learn anything , and then I gave up, now i have other goals.
Wtf 💀
@@d.n.l1534 bro i used to do 10 sets of 10 front lever swings , 10 sets adv tuck pull ups , 5 sets adv tuck touch , banded front levers , ice cream makers , pull ups , and then for planche
straddle attempts 5-10 sets
adv tuck max holds 5 sets
swings to straddle
straddle with bands
tuck push ups
handstand presses
leans
pseudo push ups
handstand push ups
plank weighted
Tqs for ur precious knowledge,
Love from India ❤

Primero❤❤❤
Merci Valentin !
