The woman was played by drummer Christoph Schneider. He wore similar clothes as the mother of the cannibal Armin Meiwes.

Frau Schneider happens to be one of the most attractive drags I have ever seen
I mean Schneider has very nice features already. Softer than the other band members kinda😂
He looks great in general, but yeah also in drag
The Meiwes case was actually intruiguing. He almost got off the hook scott free because cannibalism isn't illegal in Germany and it was difficult to categorize his deed as murder due to the evidence that it was all consensual.
There was video footage shown in his trial of his victim, Bernd Brandes, screaming at him to hurry up and ordering him about while the murder was taking place.
Meiwes only wanted to butcher Brandes after he drugged him unconscious, but Brandes only agreed to take part if 1. he was awake and 2. Meiwes cut off Brandes phallus and they ate it together. Their e-mail exchanges are full of Brandes making demands like this and adding a sexual connotation that Meiwes was actually uncomfortable with.
When they met and talked about it, Brandes actually had second thoughts and left without protests from Meiwes. Brandes ended up coming back and they executed their carefully laid out plan. While Meiwes murdered him, he was all-around gentle with his victim while he did it. He drew him a hot bath while Brandes was bleeding out, left the room after he was asked, forced pain medication on Brandes who loudly refused it and only hung him on the meathook to finish draining the blood after he assumed his victim was dead. Brandes made no escape attempts whatsoever.
Fun fact: While cutting off the phallus he was so nervous he needed several attempts. While cooking the phallus Meiwes was anxious enough that he burned it and they had to feed it to the dog because it was 'too chewy'.
Fun fact: Meiwes is a vegetarian now. According to his own statement this isn't because he particularly cares for animal rights, he just doesn't want to corrupt his memory of the experience. He does advise any young people with similar obsessions to his to please seek out help though and openly acknowledges that he is sick.
Fun fact: The woman in the video is a reference to his mother. She was neglectful and abusive to him, his wishes for 'keeping another person so close they can never leave' can be tracked down to his childhood where he drew roots of the idea in his picture books after his father left him.
Super sad, yet interesting story.
And that freak in japan who killed a woman and ate her is walking free. Meiwes was denied parole recently but he does get supervised day trips.

In one of the few interviews Till said, Rammstein composes dance music and he writes the lyrics for love songs.
Well that might be the understatement of the century but if you think about the lyrics you've seen so far, there is some truth to it, isn't it?
Facts!
The Video was about the nightmares of the band members. Each one has another story. Till actually was blowing himself. This is shown really quick and the most missed this. But the video with the music is epic.
He's technically blowing the angel who is wearing a strap on. I've seen the other version of this video that shows that scene more clearly

@@rammstein4life908 I think Ed was referring to the story behind the imagery in the video specifically. There was a "making of" for this video but it's been such a long time since I've watched it.
You can see the whole strapon scene in full in the 'Petshop Boys remix' on CZcams. Till is going for gold, as always lol
But seriously, big respect for doing that scene. Apparently it was really embarrassing & stressful for him to film according to the making-off but he still went for it.

In my mind, the really sick part of this grotesque act was the sacrifice
But since only Armin survived, he was locked up and will probably never be released again.
You had to find a grotesquely advanced paragraph to lock him up
The German judiciary is very afraid, not of Armin himself, but more of the fans who would then crowd and gather around him like in a cult for star worship
Also that he, the very eloquent, could go on talk shows or something similar.
The German judiciary wants to prevent a precedent at all costs
So they just leave him in prison until the end of his life and say he's mentally ill
He is now a vegetarian and it was all about loneliness and self-hatred for the victim and the perpetrator

My part is based on the Cannibal of Rothenburg's cliché (Armin Meiwes arranges to eat with strangers. He kills and cuts them up and eats part of it. Afterwards he froze the leftovers in the freezer!!! 😱😱😱 Fun Fact. The music video was allowed to be aired on MTV only after 10 pm, that was just too "brutal" and "obscene" for children's ears/eyes 🤣🤣🤣

One of the members brought a newspaper with him To a rehearsal, they saw the article (not Armin's ad, the article about his trial) and immediately wanted to write a song about the case
The german speech in the intro is the text of the actual ad Armin Meiwes has placed

To avoid getting the video censort, the band members agreed that everyone would do an independent scene with random stuff they came up with. The scenes have no direct conection to the case. But it got censort in germany anyway.
How did it get censored exactly. What was done? And what would have been needed to censor? (Aside from that one scene with Till and the angel wings in the second verse)
