Hi sorry for the question I have a Kia uses same fuel pump assembly I recently changed filter but I'm losing fuel pressure I lost one of the o rings that goes on opposite side of the fuel pressure regulator. My question is if I used a smaller o ring thinner diameter instead can that cause/ be my issue with low fuel pressure??
@@312Drive I have it at the shop and they tested pressure coming from tank and there's very little they took out fuel pump bench tested it and tested fuel pressure regulator is good, what's left is replacing those 2 o rings. They also tested hpfp and it's also good.
@@312Drive thank you for your response I already bought them and I'll be taking it to the shop to install hopefully that helps, they can't crank the car on.

Hi, whould you replace filter because of milage or only if there is a problem?
I did just because I bought the car with 100K miles and it's usually good idea to replace fluids and filters when u buy used car
I couldn't see where the fuel filter is located on the car
under the back seats
