Fence Energizer Winter Maintenance

Properly storing your solar fence energizer reduces strain on the battery. Over time, batteries will drain their energy, even when not being used. Periodic recharging of the battery while in storage prevents them losing too much energy (thereby extending their lifespan).

I also suggest investing in having an extra battery on hand so it can be quickly changed out while charging the other battery or quickly used to replace the other battery.

I checked my battery with a volt meter and it read 12.3V. I read it with the Fence/Battery Testers and it reads Hi...!??

How long should it take an IntelliShock 60 battery to charge via a 110V outlet?

It depends on how far the battery is. Some may simply need to go overnight, while others will need a day and a half.
