I have bachelor degree in my country but finish cert 3 and diploma here for trades. Just wondering if where can i check if my bachelor is being recognized here so that i can include it in my expression of interest and is it possible for me to include it in my expression of interest.

You will need to check the education country profile and look up your qualification on there

Can I claim the 5 points for Australia study requirement?
As my overseas education is assessed by IML and compared as education level of AQF, for both my Masters and Bachelors

Hi Nick,
I need to seek some clarity on claiming work experience points in my EOI. I have been working in my nominated occupation from 29/08/2022 till current but my skill assessment has deemed me skilled from 29/08/2023.
I am not sure of what should be my start date in the employment history while loading my EOI.
Can you please advise me?

Hi, you may be able to claim the work experience. It depends on the occupation, skill assessor etc. I would recommend you book in for a consultation and discuss in detail.

My Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (outside of Australia) has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Associate Degree with a Major in Computing by ACS. While filling the EOI what should I select? Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma. My original certificate shows Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I am confused about what should I select from the option. I have also completed Masters of Business Administration. Can I chose Masters Degree ?? Thanks in advance.

An associate degree is a lower level than a bachelor degree. I would recommend you check with the Education Country Profile

How long is the waiting time for EOI result? It is going to be a month since i submitted my EOI

There is no specific timeline. It completely depends on your points, occupation and other applicants in the pool
