HOW TO AVOID EOI MISTAKES (in Subclass 491-Skilled -Work Regional Visa)

This video is in reply to those who asked about EOI.
In this video, I will teach and explain some concepts about Australian visa applications. I aim to help you understand some Australian visa concepts that may help you obtain a visa to Australia.
Remember…
- pass mark is 65 BUT
- Greater chance if the score is higher than 65
- most invitations in Subclass 491 range from 75-95 points.
Important points about EOI
1. EOI or expression of interest is within the Skillselect.
2. You need to lodge an EOI if you are applying for any skilled visa that is points tested.
3. EOI is not a visa application and will therefore not entitle you for a bridging visa while waiting.
4. EOI is free - valid for 2 years
5. Your EOI will be removed from the Skillselect if you receive 2 invitations and don’t lodge a visa application
The usual process to lodge a SC491
1. do you skills assessment
2. get your English tested
3. submit EOI for subclass 491 (or other skilled points tested visa)
4. Wait for invitation.
5. Apply to the nominating state.
6. Visa application
Common mistakes in lodging EOI
1.Lodging an EOI without skills assessment or without English having properly tested
2.Forgetting to update the EOI
3.Claiming for points that you cannot prove
4. You lodge the EOI but did not lodge an application for state nomination in the relevant
5. Lodging multiple EOIs
TIPS TO AVOID EOI MISTAKES
Before lodging an expression of interest -
Tip #1. make sure that you have already obtained your positive skills assessment for your nominated occupation, make sure that your occupation is on the list!
Tip #2: ensure have sat the English exam
Tip #3: Read and research…. Live in the state …. Seek permission of your eligible relative
Tip #4: Make sure that all your documents are ready and available
Tip #5: Seek the help of a Registered Migration Agent or Lawyer if not sure or in doubt
The best tip -- Get the help of a registered migration agent and or a lawyer at the start to guide you in your Australian migration journey.

Sir, I have a positive assessment from IML. However, when i am filling an EOI, IML does not come in the list. I would also like to show that, it is a valid agency under the Australian assessment authorities. Is there any other name for IML? My nominated occupation is Engineering Manager

Do I have to choose multiple state in EOI or only single state ?
Because I am confused more people said that only one state in one EOI, and the rest said multiple states is also useful.

hey! my bachelor's is related to employment and I got a bachelor's and master's both equivalent to Australian standard by vetassess (positive outcome). However, my master's is not related to my occupation. When filling EOI, do you recommend adding master's as well?

I expressed my interest without skills assessment but I had already done the skills assessment and put the reference number of the date I applied for the skills assessment.. I received my skills assessment 5 days after invitation . Do you think might refuse my visa based on this fact.. I have all the points and and my skill is crucial to Australia ..
