"I wanna help you so much but I can't", dear dr.dray you have NO IDEA HOW MUCH YOU HAVE.
you are seriously one of the best ones out there, hands down.
sunscreen and subscribed!
Thanks!
I second that! Lovely comment đ€©
I love her too, amazing doctor
Finding a derm who will sympathize & actually help with bumps is way more difficult than you acknowledge, Dr. Dray. Most frown at you & refuse to help. Iâve been to 4 lately that wouldnât do a thing for my various âminorâ bumps. You are unusual, Dr. Dray, in your caring & kindness. Iâve come to the conclusion, finding a derm like you is difficult to impossible. Most are just interested in pushing expensive procedures and thatâs it.
Have you tried a cosmetic dermatologist?
Wow thats not cool! Im so sorry you've had those experiences. I have Endometriosis, and I found that OBGYN were similar, it was hard to find one that actually cares and just wants to help me. Its so sad that there's so many medical professionals that aren't interested in helping everyone.
Also finding a dermatologist that actually sees patients for these issues in general, I've found I've been mostly pushed off to PAs and the actual practicing Dermatologists to be very short and dismissive. We need better quality Dermatologists. The PA that I see is nice (much nicer than the actual derm herself), but its obvious her knowledge of ingredients is lacking. Just writing this out makes me want to seek another (4th) dermatologist office.
Iâm in Australia and have seen a derm on a number of occasions both with skin reactions and for adult acne in my early 40 s honestly she was just lovely sympathetic and worked with me to resolve conditions and educate me on best management and pushes sunscreen as a daily essential
If only we were able to have her as our derm đ.
I have bumps caused from chemotherapy and my dermatologist told me I was ridiculous to care and be happy I was still alive- yes, Iâm very thankful Iâm alive, but does that mean I want ugly bumps on my face???
exactly! My derm told me that I was too anxious about my face... but who doesn't want to look good?
exactly! My derm told me that I was too anxious about my face... but who doesn't want to look good?
How rude of him/her to downplay a concern. I pray you continue to stay healthy and safe. Maybe this video will get you the info you need to help care of it.
Thatâs absurd! You deserve whatever you desire. Bless you. đ„°
Wow! How rude of you dermatologist. He should be happy that you want to look your best and be as healthy as possible. Hope you find someone more caring.
Guilty of self-surgery to remove skin tags. âșïž
The daily notification of the Dr Dray video is like my coffee it reset my life, helps me accomplish every goal and beat every obstacle I might encounter.
Happy Monday!
@@DrDrayzday OMG this is the happiest Monday of my lifeđ
You are such a saviour! I've been watching you for a year now and I learned so much and changed so much in my skincare routine. I can't thank you enough
Stop reading my mind Dr Dray! đ© hope youâre having a great Monday so far.
lol! Happy Monday!
I do what you suggested. Use that La Roche Possay Effaclar Duo on to-zone and never get those persistent little bumps any more. Thanks for all your advice.
Soolantra and IPL has completely changed my skin! My self esteem was so bad from my rosacea and people saying to me âwhatâs wrong with your face?â Or âyouâd be pretty if you just wore makeupâ đłđ€ glad I found a great dermatologist who took my concerns seriously!
Itâs taken me in to my 5th decade to realise that when my skin barrier is damaged by over cleansing, over rubbing, I develop bumps and small comedones. I used to then treat these as acne which then further irritated and made matters a whole lot worse!
I'm in my mid 30s and i notice this too
Wow
That was so helpful!
You diagnosed 3 different bumps I suffer from. Iâm happy that now I have a diagnosis.
I just have to say, your eyelashes look amazing.
I am so happy you mentioned KP! it's so rare. Could you do a video on it (for the face specifically)?
Really really great, informative and well-explained, đđŒ thank you
This was very helpful! Thanks for the informative content!
Thank you so much for your video. I actually wrote a question concerning comedones on your Instagram. I feel grateful that you took the time to make a full video on the topic :)
The struggle is real! Thanks for such an in depth video.
Glad it was helpful!
You are brilliant and you seem to truly care about people and helping us. I watch for your new videos and have been following your advice with good results. You are a blessing. Keep safe and God bless you.
Wonderful information, Dr Dray! Thanks so much. Hope you have a lovely evening. đ
You are the absolute best, thank you!

Also you are a genius!!! Dont know what i did every evening before discovering this channel! I cannot wait for the notification of a new video every day!
Had a milla on my chest, tried to fix it myself and got infected grew huge by the time I got into a DERM it was the size of a nickel had a biopsy and was cancerous. Now I have a 2 inch by 1 inch scar right where everyone can see it. Thankyou for putting this video out to prevent the pain and scaring that I had.
Iâm SO thankful for this channel. Working on my fungal acne w/ nizoral... trying to incorporate salicylic acid next for comedones & general acne but nervous b/c my skin is SO sensitive. Differin & benzyl peroxide are way too irritating & have purged me for weeks on end awful in the past. Really hoping I find a solution soon. đđŒ
I didnât realize that about skin tags and cancer. Scary! Thanks for the video.
This is such a helpful video. The depth and variety of content you provide are truly impressive. Thank you, Dr. Dray!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you Dr Dray have a lovely blessed day

Thank you Dr. Dray. Please can you do a video for pigmentation and anti-aging combined. đ
Good timing. I'm about to search about this! Thank you Dr. Dray!
Hope you like it!
Greeting to you Dr Dray from the Uk. You looked lovely this evening in your video. I found the information about bumpy skin most interesting. I have learnt so much from you about skin conditions and skincare. My skin is gradually improving and I am starting to get comments from people. Thank you so much for your daily videos and all the research you do for use on CZcams on different skincare products. Angela
Congrats on the DermaE partnership! đââïž
Congratulations on the new job with DermaE đđđđđcannot wait to see how many amazing things you will do
Wow ,a million subscribers. Iâve been subscribed since youâve had under 100,000.
Love your videos! Would love to see one about HSA eligible products you recommend.
Thank you so much for this video! I feel as though I owe you a co-pay!
Realizing that my PCP could help me w skin concerns & tretinoin was a game changer đđŒ
honestly an underrated option especially for very popular ingredients like tretinoin! of course dermatologists will have more specialized knowledge but for some folks who just want to try these prescription products, a PCP is more accessible
Thank you Dr. Drayđ
It is really helpfulđđđ
This is so very helpful. Thank you
Thank you so much for explaining Keratosis pilaris. My husband has been to several dermatologists over the years and they all look a him puzzled and tell him they don't know what is wrong with his skin or it might be psoriasis or eczema. Not helpful! I am going to ask him to watch this video and see what he thinks and see if he will follow your recommendations! Thanks so much.
Such a great video!!!! Thank you!
Dr dray can you go to Sprouts and see their skin care products please ...
I had a brown mole for years. Started to grow and project out like a finger. Turns out it was a skin tag!
Love your videos, full of info.
my question answered!!! thank you very much!!!!
Hello Dr. Dray, I donât remember and tried to look for myself quickly, do you have a video were you talk about your preferred Tones, Essences, or Mists? Or a My Top Ten? Thank you, love your videos

Omg I'm just getting those currently what a timing!!
Oh my just what I needed Dr đđąđą I actually left a comment in your last video about me having tons of skin tags or warts Im not sure on my face and neck to my chest area.
Great video Dr Dray. Any advice on how to treat sebaceous hyperplasia? Can you recommend any products that help with this aside from retinol?
This info is just what I needed đ
thank you for sharing đđđ»
You're so welcome!
Could you do a video on skincare for your 60âs?
This video is very helpful to share with others đ
Had these hard bumps over ten years. Few went away taking a antibiotics. Obea on face are on my jawline. Have some on my back.
OMG hi My beautiful dr dray, i'm currently using the Nivea sun kids spf 60 on My face and i love it!!! It's a little shiny but 0 cas, and the good thing is that i can re apply it every 2 hours Even if i'm in Doors because theres a LOT of product in it, Also is not expensive and fragrance free.
Thanks for all the amazing videos Dr dray!
Have you tried the Neutrogena acne proofing gel wash with salicylic acid? The oil free one that you usually recommend is a bit harsh. I would love your opinion on the other one please. Thanks!
they are similar
Hi Dr! thank you for your videos and explaining the science behind skin care products. Looking for your advice- My back is constantly itchy and feels oily. I have just recently over the last 8 days been using vanicream cleansing bar on my body alternating with eucerin wash and shampoo for baby. I have been using vanicream right after the shower even on my oily back. I have not been using any drying products as of late. Discovered your CZcams channel from someone else and have been watching your videos now for just a couple weeks. Any suggestions! Thanks!!
Thank you so much. Have a great Monday đđ Would you please advise me on keloid scars due to hormonal acne on the face management? Can laser therapy be used if one is prone to keloid formation? đ Thanks
When being seen by a GP some time ago, I asked about some tiny bumps around my eye area. The Dr. didn't look, just said it was from old age and left the room done with checkup. (thanks doc). Having eczema/sensitive skin it gives me pause to try some of the suggested products.
Great video! Lately any products I use on my dry, sensitive skin I get a few break outs and some clogged pores. Is there anything I can use to prevent these. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Thanks Dr D!
Good morning Dr!! What are your thoughts on metronidazole to treat Rosacea ? My main concern is persistent redness. I was just diagnosed with rosacea my dermatologist prescribed this cream Iâm only on my second day but truly value your opinion Thanks đ
Thanksđ
Very helpful as always thank you đ
So glad!
DPN runs in my family. I started getting them removed last year by a dermatologist (laser). Uncomfortable (even with numbing cream), but worth it. I'm going to make it a part of my annual beauty routine.
Whatâs the recovery time? It runs in my family as well.
I had my DPN "s removed and they grew back, so frustrating. I guess I will eventually look like my mother and grandmother.đ€·đŸââïžđ€ŠđŸââïž
I love them! Lol
Always perfect timing đ€
So glad!
Mine are empty bumps. It looks like a small ward. During my pregnancy I developed a lot of milias around my neck. Also bumps in the top of my back. I am glad I had the financial means to treat them.
Have a great day Dr. Dray!!
You too!
Hi dr dray! Love all your videos. I was wondering what to do when all medications I was given isnât working :/ I was told I have eczema and rosacea and already took 5-6 different creams that didnât work, I feel like it made it worse. I donât know if I should find another dermatologist or just stop all medications and try to see if it heals on itâs own with good skin care? Much love!
I hope you can do a video on molluscum đ© they suck and also how to treat hyperpigmentation after cryotherapy!!!
Discretion: speaking in such a way so as to avoid offending or embarrasing another person; refraining from stating certain thoughts.
Tact: choosing your words and actions wisely; sensitivity in dealing with others, especially regarding difficult issues.
đȘ It saddens me that anyone has felt hurt by unsolicited & unwelcome comments from others about their appearance.
The comments are quite often said in the form of a "back-handed compliment" ie. "You'd be prettier if..." or under the guise of "just trying to help".
People have different reasons for being indiscrete and/or tactless; quite often it's so they can feel superior, to try to have power over you, or if they are envious of an aspect of your life in which they are deficient.
I find that a single word answer (like "no") is often sufficient to end the topic. If not, you can throw the question back at them and ask "Do you think that your comment is too personal?" Another way to end the subject is by just saying "I don't wish to discuss this". If someone says "you are too sensitive" I reply by saying "it balances out the insensitive".
However, if someone gets asked if they have had a freckle or mole checked I think you can assume that they are asking out of genuine kindness and concern. It''s normally if they have had a personal experience.
Well said!
"i don't know what type of bump you have!" đ Man i laughed harder than i should've at that
Hey Dr. Dray. Would you be able to review Monat hair products? Iâve been seeing it around a lot lately, but not sure how good the products really are.
Derm by day. Psychic by night. You just always know! Happy Monday! âđŒâ€ïžđ„ł
She looks great!!!
I'm so so glad I discovered you Dr. Dray... I work as a pharmacy assistant and cosmetic advisor in a small pharmacy in Greece, and you are the most educational and helpful CZcamsr out there! I truly cannot watch anyone else advising for skincare after I've seen some of your videos... You already helped me so much at my work (and of course my personal skin care routine). I also believe you have a charisma at communicating your knowledge to people. You are really special, the words you use and your accent are kind of addictive! I'm planning to watch and hit like button at each and everyone of your videos ! Cuz I feel I'm doing something productive and not just spend time uselessly here in CZcams. You are beautiful inside and out and so so cute đ!!!
What a beautiful reply to Dr Dray!
Thank you for spreading time with yourself!
Dr dray you have really helped me with my skin I can't thank you anuff đđđđđđđđđđđđ
Thoughts on Differinâs Detox mask? Do you think it is better than Cetaphilâs Mask?
Can you review Naturium's azelaic acid and niacinamide serums? I really enjoy both of their formulations. And its a pretty affordable brand.
Okay I guess I can send a photo to my primary care physician regarding this one lonely bump of some type on my nose because I definitely do not remove my mask when I go to her office and all of my complaints are under there! :-) in the meanwhile I have been using salicylic acid on it alternating with the Neutrogena retinol cream, just in case is more of a closed comedone or something like that so just to do in the meanwhile. I'd like to go straight to the Derm but they seem to be quite booked for some reason. This was a very helpful video, had no idea there's so many types of bumps even beyond the 10 you've listed here. Thanks.
I have some sort of weird skin bubble on my eyelid and on a couple of other places on my face. I think it might be viral. Tried removing it with 20% salicylic acid, but there is very little progress after ~10 attempts. I will probably have them removed at my dermâs.
Good morning Dr. Dray quick question đââïž is the red light therapy used for anti aging the same used for hair regrowing? The at home devices not the professional in office.
yes, leds
Thank you đ
Been searching for this video
I have almost all of this đđ„łđ„łđ„łđ„łđđđ thank you
Do you have any insight on fibrous papules on the nose? I suddenly started developing a bunch on my nose and it is concerning. I got one removed via shave excision and then had some cautery done on the wound. It worked but I was wondering if there is any product I can use to prevent or treat them at home. Thank you!!! Major fan of yours and your content!
Thanks for covering the bumps from rosacea. My local cosmetic clinic recommends light therapy (BBL, HALO) for rosacea. I have seen some written articles about this online but I don't know if there is any scientific research that holds evidence that these therapies help with alleviating the redness and bumps of rosacea?
I donât know about those but the derms I follow and personally consult with recommend pulsed dye lasers like vbeam or excel v for rosacea
Hi Dr. Dray,
Can you do a review on the JLO skincare line? đ
Dr Dray . I'm going to Mexico next month, any recommendation on what meds to get there. Retinoids?
Dr. Dray doing God's work
Hi Dr Dray, Iâm not sure if youâve covered this (Iâm new here), but what is your take on facial massagers? Like those jade rollers. Iâve been thinking of getting one, but havenât decided yet.
After starting using Nuface, I seem to start developing colorless, painless bumps on parts of my face in various sizes, particularly on my forhead and cheeks. I use aloe gel instead of Nuface gel and I never had any black/white heads or acnes. It's almost like I am having a allergy reaction, what exactly are they?
My rosacea was being caused by spicy foods, thank God is under control đ. Do you recommend using retinol when dealing with rosacea?
Wish you would do a video on Sebaceous Hyperplasia and Folliculitis:)
i have videos on that
Dr Dray,
I notice that I get bumps on my forehead after applying stronger L ASCORBIC ACID serums for about two three days. The bumps are spread out(similar to purging) rather than rash looking... Does it mean I'm getting allergy related bumps reacting from the serum?... In other words, is there bumps due to allergy or reacting from products?
