This is the set I've been waiting for. My two favourite Smash Gods going at it for the first time since MLG Anaheim. PP definitely could have played it better but it was still entertaining as hell.
+Puff Daddy If you think PP played well this tournament then you don't know PP.. He had a TON of tech skill flubs and only got 1 game off Armada and none off Mango. PP at his best could easily get multiple games off Armada and Mango as well as win. Mango this tournament definitely played the best he's ever played with Fox no doubt, showing off his new skills. But PP relies on his old knowledge and looks out of practice and not polished like Mango, Hungrybox, or Armada now. plus he was sick and never plays at tourneys anymore.
ExilixE I'm not saying he played amazing, but I think he played better than he did at Evo and way better than he did at Summit. What I meant by "he played well" is for someone that hasn't attended a major tournament in 6 months or however long it was.
As much as I love PP (definitely favorite smasher by a long shot), I think it was fine that he lost here so Mango could continue his run. Plus there's always next time ^-^

You can tell HMW is making an effort to become a more informative commentator and I dig it, with Phil alongside they still manage to get some more analysis for a change, while still being funny
+Ryan Gebhardt I dont know. Ppmd fell apart in game 3. Plus ppmd isnt at his peak. Honestly, even tho he was off at apex 2015, he was honestly playing alot more solid there. Not as much with his falco, but his marth was on point hard.
Can someone help me do that double laser on 1:40? What input do you need for that? Is it just walk off ledge, jump backward, then hit control stick forward, laser, and then hold back? I'm having problem doing that specific set up and don't seem to get the perfect timing for it.
I thought you were talking about the Isai drop for a second. It's walk off, double jump, spam b, then hit back on the control stick. Ideally, they would be lower to cover more options. It's easier to use tap jump to get the lasers really low. It's basically the same as ledge hop double laser.
+MarioLuigi808 I doubt you've gained 50 lbs before then, I'd say it's about 30 and who cares? I love PP even if he gains 200. The man is working out some problems, pretty common for people to gain weight.

I think PPMD played amazing regardless. It really didn't feel like a 3-0. PP played better in this set than anyone else besides Armada set 2 IMO
