I just got the EVO II Pro, I was looking at footage the first time, and thought I try your LUT. Amazing work sir, this LUT is amazing right to of the gate. I used curves to nudge it, but you are right, more than halfway there. Great job. And one thing you didn't mention is the skin tones are right on the mark with your LUT.

Thanks for your video work here! What MicroSD card do you recommend for the Autel Evo 2 PRO 6k? I ask because Autel is recommending V60 or V90 for 6k but reviews are saying that pilots are unable to produce smooth 6k video even at these higher speeds. Clearly, you are doing this right and others are not as your videos are beautiful.

Dude, you saved my bacon. I took a huge risk and shot in LOG for the first time, and it was for a new client. I was panicking because I couldn't get it anywhere near correct. Your LUT and your instruction saved me!

I shoot a lot at sunrise and since it's now too hot to leave my Inspire 1 in my car (I like the dynamic range) and I can't fight that case with 170 lbs of dogs (longer story), I have switched back to the Parrot Anafi till it cools back off. I tried your LUT on Parrot Anafi log footage, in lower light at sunrise. Very, very close to what I saw by eye. Thanks!

Hey quick question. Do you or have you used the new beta version of Autel Explorer app? The one that just came out I believe and has smart orbit and you can also turn off voice command button as well. I was going to wait until it was fully released to the play store before trying it just incase something would go wrong. If I am being to reserved about it and the beta app is fine then I would like to try it just to cancel voice command and also adjust some exp settings. Your opinion would be most helpful. Thanks bro

Sorry if this is an obvious one, when you say +1 on exposure are you saying just slightly to the right on the histogram or is there an actual exposure setting on these? All I found so far was sharpness/contrast/saturation. Also, are you still keeping your sharpness at -1 for your LUT?
that was fast, I just answered my own question, sorry. I was in Manual, EV is only available in Auto mode, duh. :)
🤙 Mahalo for the LUT...far better starting point than autels IMO. Could you tell us what V90 Memory card you are using for shooting 6k? I have been plauged with slow speed warnings on both the Lexar and Silicone power V90 cards and due to the frequency difference with different cards I'm leaning towards it being an actual write speed issue, I have a verbatim pro II plus on its way that is about 2x all the others price; get what you pay for in the memory card arena I'm sure; just curious as to what memory cards you are shooting with and you ever get slow write speed errors?
@@OriginaldoBo Thankyou for the reply, Have you ever encountered the slow speed write warnings in the autel application with this card when shooting in 6k? I only ask because the fastest sandisk I have on hand is the extreme V30 at 90mbs that came in the drone but it gives slow speed warnings in 6k.

10-bit writes only in 4K, but Mavic writes 10-bit in 5.4K - how do you think Mavic air 2c wins? Or is the camera getting better at Autel?

@@OriginaldoBo Bingo! I think that is the situation. No clouds this weekend and sun was almost in the middle of the sky, so the blue sky was reflecting on the dome. I know Mini is no match, but for comparison I took this when I was starting the hobby with the Mini back in March, an small domes show grey color of clouds above czcams.com/video/B_dl6tgWt7M/video.html

3D LUT into your NLE? Huh? Okay, so I sussed that NLE means Non-Linear-Editor. Until now, I hadn’t even heard of a 3D LUT. Got to check that out. Learn something new every day.

The color coming off this drones camera is horrible compared to the DJI mavic pro. Hell the Maverick mini has better looking skies.
