2009 Polaris RMK Dragon Engine Rebuild Part 1

In this video my son and I take on the task of rebuilding a snowmobile that had a blown motor. This is a successful rebuild on a snowmobile that has been ridden! I just recently got a 07 dragon 700 and got it apart. It blew almost the same exact way yours did. Smaller hole in crank case but the intake area has a chunk missing right where the oil injector sits too. In the process of finding a new block and cylinder. I have pistons coming already.

I got the exact same sled but the 09 700... Overheating caused my engine to break exactly like yours... I had a coolant leak going through the weep hole and I overheated... Look for *Blown RMK* on CZcams ! Great video bro ! :)
