Got to give the Dev's credit for the attention to detail and keeping up to date with current affairs - As you can see the setting of the game is during Lockdown. I mean I didn't see one NPC walking the streets in all of those game-play clips.....well I assume that's what they intended.

You can blame him for such a lousy launch. A friend bought this and after couple hours when he beat it he was going to show multiplayer off. Steamdb showed only 24 users online, total. Couldn't do that, couldn't rationalize the season pass to us because nobody was playing it. It even had a higherscore than Fast & The Furious Showdown, didn't matter.

Can't believe the guys who made NFS Shift made this.
Even though the Shift series (And Project cars) have it's own issues, this is by far the worse project they released.
Funny enough I started playing NFS shift more cause even though it's not "realistic" it still enjoyable and have it's own unique personality that most sims now a days kinda bores me.
I loved shift, the cockpit mode was fantastic

yeah im worried about codemasters, anything outside of their main franchises has been so under cooked then they wonder why nobody buys them. Im still sad about what they did to GRID and micro-machines and the lost potential of Onrush. Felt at one point they were the ones to save the arcade racing genre but now im not sure, if anything they are doing nothing but damage.
