I think Risotto got another power that is linked to the iron manipulation: iron multiplication. Meaning he can multiple the iron molecules that he's controlling, because since humans have 3g of iron in their body, it's impossible for him to create more than one razor blade. That doesn't mean he can just create the iron, he needs iron to already exist to be able to do this, so he doesn't accidentally give his enemies their iron back.

Hypothetically speaking, doppio could have only had 1 object ever made from his blood. Maybe the needles from his mouth were formed from dental prosthetics like false teeth, and like someone else here said the knives that Metallica made (the scalpels) were made from the ground. So in reality the only objects we know for sure were made from his blood's iron were the scissors. I don't really care if its illogical just to be a a cool scene but there are more possibilities than just "because it looks cool" here. And it's always fun to speculate.

Risotto most likely would have destroyed him, because his time skip wouldn't undo a loss of iron and Diavolos stamina would be compromised, which would make it impossible to just Spam Time skip
This makes me wonder why he didn't just give Doppio a heart attack. Did he just not really wanna kill him at first but then wanted to torture him since he was the boss?
He needed answers from Doppio, so the fight was partially interrogation/torture; killing Doppio straight away would’ve been pointless with the lack of information he had at that point in the fight. But gradually realizing who Doppio actually was, Risotto definitely dragged the fight a bit more as revenge for his fallen team. That, in turn, sealed his fate.

I completely agree when it comes to Risotto being possibly the best side villain in all of JoJo. Metallica is my overall favorite stand of any part, however I have plenty of favorites. Risotto Nero deserved better! Atleast he died with his pride intact

Because iron particles are so tiny inside a body, Metallica would not have enough strength to push or pull an enemies body. If the body had a lot more iron in it, then he probably could.

I might have missed it, but did you mention how it's able to manipulate stands as well? In Risotto's final moments, he's able to manipulate Aerosmith almost like a puppeteer in an attempt to kill the boss
Because of guy like risotto that the boss was paranoid about keeping his identity secret. The boss could be taking a shower or anything else and risotto would just be standing here invisible while robbing him from his oxygen.
I feel like if Metallica got an upgrade like bites the dust or requiem it would be like Kars once he became the ultimate lifeform but not animals, all elements possibly making it even more brutal like removing the oxygen from someone's lungs.
Metallica is one of my favorite stands in JoJo so far, along with the user Risotto being one of my favorite characters in the series. Metallica's ability is truly terrifying and very brutal but that's what i like about it. Also the fact this is also the gateway for me into the namesake of Metallica, which is the thrash metal band. I'm enjoying listening to their songs as of now.

Sure, Im not sure when I'll get to that one. I kinda do them in a random order. Stands seem to be able to interact with real world objects, such as when Whitesnake holds a gun in Part 6, and Star Platinum brings Jotaro loads of items in prison. I suppose if a Stand holds the item, it can be used against other Stands.

I think that would only apply if the Stand's body is metal.
Notice the most powerful stands have eyes while the weaker ones don’t (For example GE when it became GER)
