    Great case. One thing is confusing though, the ASD assessment came out as significant but the right heart is not dilated in any of the views we've seen.

      Sure. But in mitral stenosis, E wave is typically higher than A. So, in case of reversed E/A ratio, it is unlikely to have any significant gradient.
