Lecture 1 in echocardiography lecture series is about basics and physics. It provides a basic ground to build echocardiography knowledge and skills. www.drghazal.com/
its the best lecture about the 'BASICS of ECHO' its not only for the beginner even for the practicing physicians & echocardiographers Explained very well in an understandable way You are a great teacher.
Hello doc sami. I don’t know if you stil remember me hehe im one of your echotech before in al habib khobar. Doc can you make a lecture about ASD and VSD 🙏🏻
Thanks for the lecture.. I really appreciate the effort you put in to explain the physics of echo.. I have a question.. 20:21 what did you mean by it will ignore any signal thats coming before or after this period of time.. Since pulsive is for a specific location not a specific time.. Its a bit unclear since before and after time signals were shown on the screen (wave diagram)
You are right. What I meant is the machine knows the location by knowing the time it should wait then starts to listen to the reflection after sending a pulse of wave. Any wave the comes before that period of time is coming from a nearby location proximal to the sample volume and any wave that comes after that time comes from a farther location and thus will be ignored and not shown on the display.
Excellent explanation although still I could not understand the PRF AND ALLISING IF you could recommend source thank you very much for clear nice series
