with vent rate = 87bpm, QRS duration = 70 ms, QT/QTc = 362/435 ms, PR interval = 160 ms, RR interval = 689 ms

Sir what is minimum blood pressure at which we can give sublingual nitrate ..and if blood pressure falls suddenly then what is immediate management?
Because in one of my pt.systolic BP fell from 130 to 84 after single sublingual nitrate
