I never thought that embracing social anxiety would be the way to remove it. I would always personally avoid social situations that would cause me to feel anxious, and I just realized it made me miss out on a lot of the things I’ve done in my life. Placing other people’s opinions of me on a pedestal, and giving their thoughts about me more value, only held me back. Not caring about what others think is definitely a crucial step to overcoming social anxiety. Btw, don’t stop making long videos like these, they’re really fun to watch.

@@girlinworld girl I did a speech competition and it was ok I came 2 or last not sure and the way I felt was indescribable so this year my goal is to come the first but I am so nervous even tho back in Africa I used to have non of this kind of anxiety and awkwardness gosh is so bad but I am going to do it and I will communicate with u if i needed help Ty girl peace 🫰🏾
